Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

Order was place DPD tried delivering once then sent the order back to soul trader. When I enquired with sole trader I never got a reply just a refund. I actually wanted the order resent but never acknowledged me at all just refunded me

You can start by sending me the correct item! That is a mistake (hopefully) so rectifying the issue would be appreciated…even a reply to any of my 3 emails. You say that you reply within 1-3 days YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!!!

Ordered boots that were a good price. I received an email for my order. My order was then refunded to my account days later but I never received any email to say they could not fulfil my order and were going to refund.

My order arrived and the trainers looked dirty…
My order arrived and the trainers looks like someone had been wearing them for few months. Very disappointed as I've been waiting a long time to treat myself. And to add insult I had to pay £2.99 to send them back.

I ordered two pairs of shoes only one has arrived. I’ve tried calling but there is no customer services phone number apparently and when you click live chat no one is there to talk to.

Link for return via Royal Mail didn’t work despite trying several times. There was no phone number to contact anybody. Eventually managed to access the returns page via the website more by chance anything else.

The shoes I bought were just not what they were to the online pictures which is not Soletraders fault, but I had to pay both delivery and return costs..but hey ho...the way it goes...

Box description to shoes size was incorrect.
Bought a pair of black oxford brogues for work size 9.
Box came out, lady said let me just check that there the correct size.
Box said 9, got home and shoes are a 12….not happy.

Check that the product you send out is the same as the product advertised. Free returns as ended up paying £5.99 postage and return and purchase was incorrect colour
