Easy enough to order, but I'm usually a half size and they don't seem to stick many half sizes. Returns process was a hassle. I chose Royal Mail expecting to be able to use their free collection service. But it didn't work as there was no option for either RM to bring the label or for me to print it. Instead I had to drive 20 minutes to the nearest RM place with a QR code for them to print it.

Seems better to buy online as deals are better, & cheaper deals on same products from other retailers online too. Handy if you need to pick up some shoes in store quickly, but otherwise I’d shop around online & get a better deal. I could have saved £50 on the trainers bought in the Brighton store if I’d done it online which is frustrating!

Purchase inc price, product and delivery excellent BUT They are attacking my PC with all sorts of web page adverts and i have asked them to remove me from their mailing list/whatever just because of that. They haven't done that yet and I will take it further

The ordering and delivery were very efficient with quick delivery....but Unfortunately what I ordered wasent quite what I expected . Returns is quite difficult if like me you do not have scan and print facilities... and no soletrader shop local... I have still not worked out how to return??

The postage was over £10 which seems extremely high plus it took well over a week to arrive. If this was coming directly from the Scandì designer I can understand both the expense and delay but Soletrader’s profile is a UK company

I was told my order would arrive the next day , which it didn’t … a So told DPD do not work over the weekend ,a lie so my did not arrive until the Monday … waste of space

The item was not checked thoroughly before despatch. Had faulty zip. Had to drive back and forth twice, which is not cheap these days.

The shop assistant was rude and unfriendly, I brought a pair of shoes as did my friend and were both treated to the same rudeness!

Well organised appears effortless

This shop has a great range of shoes for its size but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you first enter the girls are always chatting and leave you to do your own thing, which is fine, as they do ask you if you need any help after a few minutes. However today, while the Asian girl who served me did a pretty good job, the other one - a white girl wearing glasses - did as little as possible and didn't treat me very respectfully. At one point she even whispered something to the Asian girl while I was purchasing two pairs of shoes, possibly about me, and then laughed. While the Asian girl tried to do a good job and be friendly, the glasses girl kept chatting to her and then made fun of her incessantly for thinking the O in 'On Cloud' was a Q, which it does look a bit like. Both of them refused to acknowledge something was wrong initially when a shoe I was trying on kept squeaking, insisting it was probably your flooring, which it couldn't have been as it was only that shoe. It later turned out to be a price sticker on the display shoe, which they said all squeaked, so why hadn't they said that earlier? The woman with the candy pieces on her nails was very nice, as was the Asian girl, mostly. The latter would probably perform better if the girl in the glasses wasn't there as a bad influence.

Soul Trader are great, SoulX not so much. Would not recommend signing up to it. 2 orders supposed to be next day delivery didn't turn up for 3+ days. SoulX were just rude when I complained. Tried telling me my postcode was on their list of ones that don't receive next day delivery, it wasn't. Then tried saying I didn't sign up for next day delivery, I did, it's on my invoice. And now they've not even bothered to reply to my last message to them. Still waiting for them to cancel my membership because I'll never use them again. Customer is always right? Not if you're SoulX apparently.

A pair of boots was marked as 50% off full retail price. When I went to buy them I was told it was labelled incorrectly and was only 30% off but I thought that was very misleading and I pointed out that they have to honour the label that’s on the boots but the man disagreed. I’m sure this is illegal.

Messy return policy. Also, having paid for the return I didn't receive a full refund. It was 99pence less than the price I paid...... possibly a typo / human error and not worth pursuing, but annoying nonetheless, especially after annoying return procedure.

They had limited size ranges and tried to convince me to buy on odd sized pair of shoes. Surely there should be some thought for foot health with proper fitting shoes instead of just offloading waste onto customers?

Friendly team quick decision with purchasing shoes However at till if I hadn’t checked box with shoes in would have gone home with 2 different coloured shoes 🤣🤣 Quickly rectified.

More attentive staff who are better informed. That said, we got where we needed to be although I think I was a sitting duck for a bit of upselling which failed to materialise.
