Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this case and we found that our team placed the refund for the product on the same day you requested it. Normally refunds can take around 24-48 hours to be back in your account, however, if weekends or holidays are in between, then the refund can take a little longer. Kind regards, Team Fishdeal.

Hi, How annoying to hear that your parcel was delivered with a delay. You places the order on the December 2nd and we gave to the courier on the 3rd. Unfortunately, the courier had delays as consequence of the Black Friday season and this affected the delivery times. Sadly we also depend on the couriers to deliver the orders and if they have delays, there is nothing we can do about this. Hi, Thank you for your review. When an order cannot be shipped in 1 parcel, we split the order in 2 or more orders. Then you receive two different messages with the corresponding tracking. Did you not receive the 2 emails with the tracking information? Kind regards, Team Fishdeal.
