Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Never on time.

I have had a couple of items from here and they have never been within the timeframe they state for delivery. I am actually looking to buy my items from elsewhere moving forward as the discount doesn’t outweigh bad delivery service.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have taken a look into your past orders and we see that not all you orders have arrived late. Our delivery time is 2 -5 working days if unexpected delays with the couriers do not occur. The order you placed at the end of January was delayed due to our moving to a new warehouse, which is now completed. From our side we do our best to send the orders as soon as possible and we hope the couriers have no delays. The item looks good and a lot bigger than expected. Delivery was bad, and the box was sodden wet. I had to put the calander on radiator to dry out. He was very rude and said sorry the van was flooded!!! Wouldn't use again.

Ordered a boilie throwing stick weeks ago. Still hasn’t been delivered. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my grandson. Ordered lots of things from fishdeal. Never had problem before.

Items arrived pre owned and damaged. Do not recommend! Not uk based so delivery is always longer than stated. Long response times. Cheaper is definitely not better. Stick to reputable stores.

Poor services

Poor website description for some product, poor packaging(1 product destroyed), didn't realise the warehouse was on Holland main land until I've maid the payment. Expensive delivery.

Order took 25 days to deliver. My order was placed on 5 April for my husbands birthday which was 11th. When ordering it said 3 to 5 working days. I received the package on 30th April.

My second package was delayed. And when it arrived the box was all torn and broken. Fortunately the contents were ok. I assume that the shipping company lost track of the parcel.

Hi, Thank you for your review. When an order cannot be sent in one parcel, we split the order in 2 or more orders to avoid damage to the products or parcel. When this is done, you receive an email for each parcel shipped and its tracking information. We also ship them at the same time, however, it is possible the courier separates them during the shipping process, therefore, they could be delivered at different moments. Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this case and we see that your order was delayed by the courier due to the Black Friday season. While our delivery times are 2-5 working days, unfortunately we also depend on the courier to deliver on time and if they have unexpected delays, then this affects the delivery times. Sadly the couriers do not contact us t let us know of these delays and therefore w e cannot contact our customers with this information. Good day, That's annoying to hear! We always make every effort to pack and ship every order as quickly as possible. The majority of all orders are therefore delivered to the customer nicely within the specified time. This is also the reason why we state "1 to 3 working days" as the expected delivery date. You placed your order with us on 31-12-2023 and we shipped it to you the following day. So we have done everything possible to ship this order as soon as possible. We see that your shipment has unfortunately been delayed at dpd. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this and we are dependent on dpd. Hi, We are sorry to hear you had problems with the delivery of the parcel. We see that you placed your order on the 7th and we gave to the courier on the 8th. Until that moment we did everything we could to ship the parcel for the delivery on time. Sadly, the courier was dealing with delays consequence of the Black Friday season and the parcel was tock at their depo. When you contacted and started an investigation with the courier to find the best solution for you. However, this investigation is still open and the courier has not to given a solution yet. We see that our customer service has helped you with a full refund of the order. Unfortunately, couriers often send back parcels to us due to damage, missing labels lost in transport and/or other issues with the parcels. Sadly they do not notify us of this and we only know of this when you contact us.
