Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Ok, I was supplied with a defective product. The return possibility was accepted, though it will cost me £6.50. It won’t get back back to their warehouse for two weeks, so I can’t get my refund, less the £6.50, for sometime. And that in turn means I can’t buy an equivalent item elsewhere until I get the refund. I have had much better service from other companies

Hi, We are sorry to hear you received a defective product. When you apply for the return labels via our Guarantee department return labels have no cost given that you have provided pictures or video of the problem with the product. We have looked into this case and see that no picture nor video was provided, therefore, we cannot void the returns costs until we receive the parcel and confirm the product's fault. Everything you need to improve!!! Every second order which i do was problematic. Always Missing some products, then you must refund. Or you just forgot to pack some of the items. Like last time. The very special was when they send me empty box from NED to UK. They send netherlands air to england. Do you need more?

First time customer terrible delivery Still not received my item

On their website it states they will try to deliver within 2 to 5 working days. I’m now two weeks in and I have still not received My item I have contacted them and they said they are trying to resolve the issue at this rate. Looks like I will be asking for a full refund and just wasted my time.

Dreadful customer service

I ordered a fishing chair for my husband’s birthday, after nearly two weeks of emailing, being kept on hold for an hour on the phone, it finally arrived. The box was smashed and the chair damaged, I asked to return it but was told I have to pay to return it but only after they have assessed it. So now I’ve had to send photos and I’m yet again waiting. Terrible customer service, very slow at responding to calls and emails. If only I’d gone to my local Angling Direct, they price match anything on offer…… Lesson learnt!

Two poor experiences in two orders.

Sorry to give a mean score, but two times out of two I have had rather disappointing experiences. The first time, I had specifically ordered (and even paid for) a chair, only to be told this wasn't actually in stock. Another item in the same order was also very low quality and broke right away. More recently, I decided to give another chance (I like the products and prices) but again there was an issue. I was surprised at how weak the packaging was- or the couriers had been very rough! The box was broken and some items had fallen out- and while they were replaced, this meant I got my goods very late. I am amazed the rod survived, given that the box was very badly damaged! I really hope there is no hidden damage because I don't want to have to ask for a replacement. Again, I like the products and prices, but from my experience the packaging is suspect and some of the items have either not been offered as shown.

However, sometimes we run into stock errors causing products not being in stock in the location of our warehouse but in stock in the system. Regarding the damaged parcel, we are now taking this directly to the couriers we work with. Normally if you receive a damaged parcel, we suggest to contact us right away with pictures so that we can log it into the system and place the correct claim. It is an issue with customer service. In particular beware if you need to return an item as it costs £6.95. I hit the wrong button when ordering and realised I had ordered the wrong item - immediately I emailed customer service to ask if my order could be amended. I heard nothing other than an automated reply with a 'ticket number'. The next day I received an email saying my order had been shipped so I again attempted to contact customer service. I finally received a reply at around 11.30am confirming my order had been shipped so it was not possible to amend, despite the fact I had originally made contact nearly 24 hours previously. I was told I could return the item but this would have cost £6.95. Not impressed.

Good Products Poor Service

Delivery was very slow I know it is Christmas but the time the product spent in the Netherlands was excessive. There was no updates from Fishdeal until I started chasing. The only information was it had been shipped in the Netherland but not received by Evri over a period of 2 weeks. When i chased it came very quickly. Packaging was poor 4 bank sticks and a reel in its unprotected box in a low quality cardboard box with no packing not even some old newspaper. The outer box already had an hole in it I suspect from the bank sticks moving around its a wonder the whole thing had not disintegrated.

Very Poor Courier

The problem with using Fishdeal is their courier choice. It is worth noting that goods come from mainland Europe. The courier they use is Hermes/Evri who from experience are very poor. My first order went missing, probably stolen. The replacement order some two weeks later arrived in a very battered and selotaped up box. I think I will have to stick to UK based online retailers in future. You also have to spend £100 for free pp. Their customer service is very good though, which is what you want when things go missing.

Bad logistics

Took multiple working days to get item to courier despite customer service insisting it was already with the courier I have the PostNL tracking to show this. Package was damaged in transit no communication from the company left to investigate myself. Lost two and a bit weeks in the end didn’t get my item they were unable to ship a replacement. I have given 2 stars since at least the refund processed quickly after.

Since we are based in the Netherlands, some of our couriers work with third parties in the UK to deliver the parcels and their tracking informations might not be updated correctly. When a parcel is damaged, the courier will not let us know of this, leaving us with the idea that the parcel is on the way correctly and, unfortunately, the only way for us to know of this is when the customer contacts us about it. Most of the time we offer to send a product in case the parcel was damaged and returned to us, however, in some cases it is not possible due to unavailability. Rod I ordered was lost in transport and they don't care. Using UK domain but they are NL. Hopefully PayPal will help me recover my money. To reply below. (Fishdeal deleted it their answer now). They are not telling the truth then as I even had answers from them with tracking number, (once through email and 2nd time via PayPal). Shame I can't add screenshots here.

Scam

My equipment got to the local DPD delivery depot then on tracking just was marked as returning to Fishdeal. I have emailed but nobody has replied. Nothing was delivered and no delivery attempted. They have my money and I have no equipment

Appalling Customer Service

Advertised goods don't arrive - almost a month since I ordered a new seatbox and part of it still hasn't arrived. Apparently it's stuck at customs - or the courier has lost it - I wonder what lie I'll be told next.
