Ease of ordering. Bit of an issue when it arrived on two pallets. I’m in a wheel chair so struggled to unpack on my own.

Ordering was very easy on line and I am looking forward to getting my new mower however apart from an order conformation have heard nothing from them, which is a bit concerting, when you have paid a lot of money. I emailed them to get an ETA for delivery and was told it takes between 1-4 days and I would get a dispatch and tracking email. These times scales have now passed and despite a follow up email t them I haven't heard anything back from them so still no mower

We think it would be useful to mention that you ordered the wrong cable for your mower and when you contacted us we got the details of the mower from you and sent you the correct cable by return. We are sorry that the team didn;'t manage to contact you to discuss the return of the original cable. Having checked our records I can see that they did attempt to call twice without success but we will ensure that they contact you via email to arrange the return of the original cable. Dear Mr Price, We can see from our records that Emma did email you five days ago asking you to provide her with the model and serial number of your machine so she can assist you in finding the right part but to date she has not received a response. We can assure you that the Echo chainsaw is fit for purpose as we sell dozens of the same model each year and Echo sell tens of thousands of them around the world each year. We apologise for not responding to your email sooner. As you will appreciate our team is very busy at the moment but we have asked our workshop team to give you a call as soon as possible.
