I got inspired to purchase some beautiful sexy garments for my sweetie. Not having any experience with this type of shopping, led me to purchase multiple garments from 7 different online purveyors (Saks, Cosabella, Agent Provocateur, Fleurdumal, Etam, Ginia) in order to assess the products and the vendors. Yesterday, I returned almost everything from the above list and am keeping all 13 garments I ordered from Glamuse. The quality of the garments and the packaging from Glamuse is head and shoulders above the rest. A number of the other vendors I will never even consider again because their return policy and attitude is terrible. Some sent me different garments or sizes from what I ordered. The Glamuse shipment was spot on. With Glamuse, I cannot comment on their handling of returns because I didn’t want to give anything back. I know my sweetie and I will love the garments. I am hopeful that I got the right size. To all my brothers out there, you can’t go wrong here.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever!
Ordered 3 items but the website said there was a minimum order of 160 Euros because it was outside the EU (I'm in UK) so I ordered one more (sale) item to get to the minimum order. Order cost me £190 including shipping costs.
Order received and I need to send one item back as it doesn't fit. Told by Glamuse this is not possible, I have to return the WHOLE order and reorder it again from scratch. Cost of returning items: £13.00
Meanwhile I get an unexpected invoice from FedEx for £55 because of import taxes. This was mentioned nowhere during the ordering process.
So now I have an unexpected bill from FedEx, have borne the cost of returning 4 items instead of just one, and I have no items in my possession as I returned them all as instructed. I am nearly £70 out of pocket for nothing.
I am not reordering and risking those costs again I am not using this company again. Utterly ridiculous rip-off ordering system from start to finish.

Quality could be better.
I like your styles and selections. Designs and colors are awesome . Your shipping system is quite good.
My main concern is quality. We've only made two purchases and because we're just beginning with Glamuse, have started with some of the entry level garments. While they are attractive and the photos are accurately representative of the product, I have to admit the construction is kind of flimsy. This lack of durability means the garments won't last too long and it also makes us hesitate to purchase any higher end items.
I've examined my girlfriend's lingerie from other manufacturers and it's definitely of much better construction and materials.
Our next purchase from Glamuse will be a higher end item and we'll expect higher quality. If that isn't the case, we'll start to look elsewhere.

I have used Glamuse before and rate them very highly. Unfortunately this time there was an issue with the DHL delivery. While the order was dispatched to Spain within 24hrs of ordering, the problem was tge DHL delivery which was supposed to come to my address as specified, came without phoning me so they I got a message from them saying that I wasn’t in my apartment. Normally, the delivery company phone me to say’s will be at your gate within 5mins’. But that was where the problem arose, they didn’t phone. After a phone call from a very kind Spanish lady, she said that I coukd collect my order from our nearest DHL office. In future, I will specify that my order will be collected in their office as it’s a more reliable way of delivery.

Extremely happy. I purchased 2 Antigel bikinis. The bottoms are drawstring and high front, the tops are triangle. I'm 52 years old. 5'9 and a UK size 16 bottom 14 top. I struggle to find bottoms that cover the tummy without looking frumpy.
I ordered size 16 bottoms and large tops.
The bottoms fit perfectly and are very flattering. My tummy is nicely tucked in, they reach up to my navel without rolling down! The back is quite high, not full bottom coverage which I like, it makes them a bit sexy, but some ladies may want more coverage.
The tops fit perfectly but for a fuller bust I'd suggest the XL.
The best bikinis I've found. I will be ordering more in the future.

I found Glamuse through google, when searching for Lise Charmel and Aubade lingerie. Glamuse website is easy to navigate, beautiful photos which clearly show the product and great product description. Glamuse have a wide variety of brands and a wide variety to choose from in each brand. One item was out of stock, so i asked to be emailed when back in stock. I got the email when back in stock and was able to re order with ease. Quick shipping to Australia and beautifully presented in a box with tissue paper when it arrived. I have now made three seperate orders through Glumuse, i am so happy with their product and service.

Quick delivery, great quality
The international delivery was lightning-fast – I received my products the very next day, which is even quicker than what I would expect for domestic deliveries in my own country.
The quality of the products themselves was also excellent. However, I would strongly advise paying close attention to the product descriptions rather than relying solely on the pictures. The descriptions proved to be highly accurate, but I found myself imagining certain features, like padding, based on the images alone.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Strongly recommended!

So happy with Glamuse!
I am so happy I discovered this shop. So much choice in all the nice brands in one shop. Order was delivered very soon and of the 7 bra's I ordered 6 fitted perfectly! Choosing was difficult! Fitting in your own house in front of your own mirror is so much more relaxing than in a cubicle in a store with merciless lighting :-). I am a fan and will most definately order again. The products where very nicely wrapped, also a kind of present to yourself!

Really happy with everything!
I'm really happy with everything- the delivery was REALLY fast, the package was not revealing, no excess packaging, only a nice black paper sheet to make it look classy. The products were all of good quality and the order was complete. I will have to return a few items due to fitting problems, the return seems to be well organised with prepaid fees. If that one goes well, then it's a fully deserved 5 stars, I could not ask for more!

Love the products, but it's all about "logistics".
The selection and products are fantastic, but it's the total ease of ordering that make this the best shopping experience. I can order something for a romantic getaway and be confident it'll be in Toronto by the weekend. So far, on four orders, no brokerage or C.O.D. hastles. Brilliant!

Mooie lingerie waar je blij van wordt. Kwaliteit is goed. Het wordt in de doos mooi verpakt in een papiertje bij je afgeleverd. Niet even dat beetje extra waardoor je een kadootje krijgt ipv een doos met je aankoop er in.
Wat kan beter: DPD heeft moeite met het vinden van mijn huis en geeft nogal snel op om moeite te doen om mijn pakketje af te leveren. Misschien beter overstappen op DHL.

great delivery service (you get what you paid for). other side of that is that a bra is a big gamble to make on sizing, and i had to return for the right size. so it's double the pricey shipping cost, and if it weren't the case - i'd exchange again to try one more size. that'd help me decide on purchasing another color, because the style is what i've been looking for for years.

This is my 2nd Glamuse experience. I now have 5 different bras and every one is fabulous. Since I know my perfect size and also the 'style' that best suits my body, I'm comfortable ordering online. Excellent service - my orders arrived the next day. The swimwear I bought were all true to size and of very good quality. I particularly appreciate the large choice of cup sizes and bikini bottoms. I had to return one item because it didn't suit me but it was easy to send back and I was reimbursed within a few days. I will definitely use Glamuse again.

Very Pleased With Shipping Time
I was surprised at how quickly my purchase arrived from France. Very impressed. Ship time is important to me. I dislike waiting for weeks to receive the items that I have ordered from overseas, and I frequently order from the UK and the EU. I have also ordered from the Netherlands and that took a while as well.
