I got inspired to purchase some beautiful sexy garments for my sweetie. Not having any experience with this type of shopping, led me to purchase multiple garments from 7 different online purveyors (Saks, Cosabella, Agent Provocateur, Fleurdumal, Etam, Ginia) in order to assess the products and the vendors. Yesterday, I returned almost everything from the above list and am keeping all 13 garments I ordered from Glamuse. The quality of the garments and the packaging from Glamuse is head and shoulders above the rest. A number of the other vendors I will never even consider again because their return policy and attitude is terrible. Some sent me different garments or sizes from what I ordered. The Glamuse shipment was spot on. With Glamuse, I cannot comment on their handling of returns because I didn’t want to give anything back. I know my sweetie and I will love the garments. I am hopeful that I got the right size. To all my brothers out there, you can’t go wrong here.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever!
Ordered 3 items but the website said there was a minimum order of 160 Euros because it was outside the EU (I'm in UK) so I ordered one more (sale) item to get to the minimum order. Order cost me £190 including shipping costs.
Order received and I need to send one item back as it doesn't fit. Told by Glamuse this is not possible, I have to return the WHOLE order and reorder it again from scratch. Cost of returning items: £13.00
Meanwhile I get an unexpected invoice from FedEx for £55 because of import taxes. This was mentioned nowhere during the ordering process.
So now I have an unexpected bill from FedEx, have borne the cost of returning 4 items instead of just one, and I have no items in my possession as I returned them all as instructed. I am nearly £70 out of pocket for nothing.
I am not reordering and risking those costs again I am not using this company again. Utterly ridiculous rip-off ordering system from start to finish.

Excellent website and delivery was so quick. In 20 years of living in France I have never experienced such great service with an online purchase. I have sent a few items back as I need to find my sizing so am waiting for the whole experience including hopefully a swift refund but so far I am very very impressed.

I ordered a few bras and was extremely pleased with the service and products. The work performed by Glamuse was of the highest quality. The bras are so nice and comfortable. The shipment was fast and the packaging was so good.

Great experience.
I ordered a new swimsuit for my holiday, it was dispatched immediately and well packaged. Excellent communication throughout the whole process from Glamuse and DHL. Arrived and delivered promptly and safely. I am extremely pleased and can highly recommend both Glamuse and the Prima donna swimsuit.

Par contre vu que c'était ma première commande et que vous offriez un rabais de 10%. J'aurais aimé que cette déduction se fasse automatiquement. Trop contente de mon achat, je n'ai pas vu qu'il y avait un code pour le premier achat.

Easy to order; good selection, fast shipping
It is hard for me to find bras and you had the ones that I needed following my recovery from surgery (step down from the Maderna post-surgery compression bras). The website was easy to navigate and shipping was quick. Just wish the shipping didn't cost so much! But, I understand.

Mooie bikini en snelle levering
2 keer iets besteld. Beide keren super snelle levering en mooi ingepakt. Ik heb een bikini en kimono besteld van Antigel. Mooie pasvorm en mooie kwaliteit. Zit erg lekker. Al een paar keer gewassen en op vakantie geweest, de bikini blijft mooi! Kimono is kreukvrij. Heel blij mee!

I loved lots of features of my slips and panties.
1) fabric is fabulous, soft, warm, weightless.
2) cut is good for my body. Especially arm openings which are generous and do not pull.
3) very elegant: simple, but lovely decoration with a silk band.

I am happy with my robe, but did not like the Aubade set... lace was not soft, but very rigid. So it was not comfortable on my skin. It was disappointing because it seemed to be a perfect set and I expected more comfort at this price point.

Great service overall just not in the packaging ..
Great service overall, fast despatch and delivery, updates throughout.
My only complaint would be the packaging I expected more than little 2 plastic bags in a big box with $400 of underwear in (yes it was standard packaging)

Most products are wonderful - fit well, super soft. I have had one item rip as soon as I put it on due to design and very flimsy material for cups. Glamuse would not take the return and I receivied a 50% credit only.
