No acknowledgement when returned item was received by you. Item returned on 22nd August now 3rd September!
Phone service useless. requested to leave message and then cut off before doing so.
Will not be inclined to do business with Farrar & Tanner again

The quality of the product is very poor compared to what I was expecting. I would not recommend the chess board to someone else. The pictures on the website are nice but the products do not meet my expectations for a product of that price

I would never buy anything from Farrar & Tanner again.The globe is just cheap,nasty rubbish overpriced by about ten times.It is nothing like the description in the ad and the picture made it look much better quality than it is.
