No acknowledgement when returned item was received by you. Item returned on 22nd August now 3rd September!
Phone service useless. requested to leave message and then cut off before doing so.

Item was tarnished on arrival. It was polished with a silver cloth, but 6 links on each side are still not as clean the rest.

The quality of their products are excellent, love them. I bought a few of their pewter wine bottle coasters. They acome in a lovely black velvet pouch and gift box. Sent one as a small wedding gift and it was very much appreciated. Also the customer service is good, very helpful. Thank you!
