Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

90 day limit on refunds!
I needed to return a pair of shoes and swap for the next size up. I don't live local to the store where I purchased them from so telephoned to ask how long the refund period was and was gobsmacked to find it was 90 days which meant I didn't have to rush to try and make the long journey back again within a short period. When I did get back to the store, they didn't have the next size up so they refunded my money and very kindly ordered them for me then and there and they arrived the very next morning. Super pleased with the service received.

I was very impressed at the Braintree Village shop. I liked the trainers, price as well as the look of it.The gentleman went to look at the back stock ,unfortunately there was none available for my size,and immediately he recommended the website which will deliver free of charge and the size and model I wanted was available. Free sailing and the delivery was smooth and efficient. Very very happy. Amazing service. Thank you.

Great price and speedy delivery, item arrived in 2 days even with standard delivery.
Could maybe give more of a description on the item? I was fairly confident these were the boots I was looking for from the Dr Martens site, but the product name and description wasn’t an exact match so felt a bit of a gamble that I’d get the exact pair I was hoping for.
Having said that they absolutely were and I’m more than happy!

I visit your store in Braintree Freeport very first time I have been served the lady called Abi. She was excellent. Customer service was great I bought summer lady’s sandals She ordered for me didn’t have available to take with me. I went to collect the next day. She immediately recognise my face and she responded very quick and sent. Thanks enough..

Ottimo negozio di scarpe e l'addetta alle vendite é stata molto gentile e attenta alle mie eseigenze. Mi ha salvato la vacanza consigliandomi un paio di scarpe comode per le mie ginocchia problematiche e per l'imprevisto vesciche alle caviglie causate dalle scarpe chiuse. Grazie mille!!!

Visited the store in Livingston, Glasgow and was pleased with their stock. Was also very impressed with the young man who attended to me. Customer relations unfortunately isn’t what it used to be but he was the exception. Will definitely be back.
