Swift delivery and good service. I needed a couple of extra pieces to make my pump work for me and their customer service team replied to my email over the bank holiday weekend and sent the extra pieces free of charge within a few days. They also patiently asked me to check the packaging for the European plug adaptor (which I hadn’t spotted when I unpacked) and also sent me a very helpful step by step guide (with pictures) of how to set up. The pump worked first time and the power of the pump is impressive (I bought the Nova Up 300). I highly recommend them and am glad I didn’t make the mistake of buying on Amazon (cheap, crappy products).

Despite being a .co.uk website, it seems that products are from the Netherlands, with EU plugs. They send an adapter, but this is very large, and not suitable for IP66 sockets that you'll find in UK gardens. As a result, this was a wasted purchase - the pump couldn't plug in without either voiding the warranty by rewiring the plug; or by paying for an electrician to retrofit my garden electrics for an EU product from a UK website! After a few emails to & fro, the company sent me a return label, although customer service indicated that they thought I had "changed my mind" about the product. I have since bought a pump from a UK company, that plugged into my IP66 socket and worked from the box. Lesson learned... check where the item will actually be sent from.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We do ship our products from the UK, but some products come with EU plugs, which is why we supply the adapters. We understand that these adapters can be cumbersome, especially for IP66 sockets commonly used in UK gardens. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding as we work through these challenges. Your return has been processed, and we hope you find a suitable solution for your needs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our services.

1). Don’t state on your website to prospective purchasers you have an item in stock when you DONT! 2) Don’t tell customers via your customer service that an item will be dispatched today & delivered tomorrow when it clearly won’t as you don’t physically have it in stock! 3) ordered six days ago & still no delivery, no tracking information, no indication of being dispatched & told again by customer service on the phone it will be with you tomorrow. Only order if you are not in a hurry to receive the item. No good if you are an engineer with a client who has no water supply for six days so far.

Dear customer, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused during your recent experience with us. We want to address your concerns and provide clarity on the situation. Firstly, we want to clarify that for products originating from an external warehouse, we clearly indicate longer delivery times during the ordering process, and this information is visible to customers. We understand the importance of accurate delivery estimates and strive to keep our customers informed. In your case, there was an unfortunate miscommunication, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion. Our customer service team received information from the warehouse indicating that your order would be shipped promptly. However, it seems there was a delay in the process, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. We genuinely understand the urgency of your situation, especially when it involves essential items. We acknowledge the challenges you faced, and we're committed to resolving the issue. We have already initiated a review of our communication processes to prevent such incidents in the future. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused, and if there's anything more we can do to assist you or expedite the resolution, please contact our customer service team directly. We value your business and appreciate your patience. Kind regards, Team Waterpump

Requested to return the order No update.

Requested to return the order as the measurements of the pump supplied do not match the details on the website. Pump diameter measures 160mm. Pump description states 150mm on website . Will not fit into available space. Request form filled in on Tuesday, have not received any further correspondence/ update.

Do not buy from this company

Bought a water pump from these cowboys, still not received it , they don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, worst customer service I’ve ever known, had to buy another pump from a decent company to do the job, not been reimbursed for pump yet , would have given 0 star review if possible

Could have been a lot more helpful in giving advice on products sold on the website. Seemed to be a lack of willingness to offer fairly simple guidance on which attachments go on a pump, or possibly a lack of knowledge of the said product.

The goods arrived broken. Part of the plastic sump was in the bottom of the box and part was in the external packaging - so presumably damaged whilst being packed.

Dear customer, Thank you for your review. In most cases, the adaptor fits standard sockets, though we understand it may not suit all outdoor setups like waterproof external sockets. We also provide detailed information about the adaptor on the product page to assist with compatibility questions before purchase. If you need further assistance, please let us know!
