We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for?
Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly.
We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs.
In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!!
Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it.
However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

Wilton Wholefoods is my Favourite Company
This is the only company from which I buy dried fruit and nuts etc as their products are excellent and prices are reasonable. I never consider buying these goods from elsewhere because as well as excellent products, the website is very easy to use and I love the way you can maximise cost of delivery as it shows each time you add a product to your basket, communication is excellent as are dispatch and delivery times.

Our experience with the company has been faultless. All the goods we have ordered have been excellent quality and good value for money. Labelling is clear. The website is easy to use. The packing is very good. Delivery charges are very sensible and delivery is fast. We were recommended Wilton wholefoods and recommend the company to friends and family.

Excellent quality
I was very pleased with the quality of the items in my first order from Wilton Wholefoods.
The pumpkin seeds were tasty, the jumbo raisins were large and juicy and the muesli base contained quality grains and not just a load of dust!
The postage was very reasonable too. I'll be sticking with Wilton for my regular orders for now.

I love that there are multiple sizes of wholewoods available, from a snack pack of plain cashew nuts, to 10 kg, Wilton have it covered. Also the best bombay mix money can buy. Fragile items (e.g. jars) are wrapped in cardboard, not plastic. Well done Wilton for reducing the plastic footprint of your company, it is great to see.

Top quality products but the Deglet Nour Dates should carry a warning because once you start eating them it is SO hard to stop! I like the that you are told what the best before date is before you purchase and that the delivery charges are clearly displayed, and indeed that they come down the more items you place in your basket.

Excellent selection & service
I've been ordering from Wilton Wholefoods for a couple of years. Things are always delivered promptly and I've found the oats, rice, nuts and dried fruit to be very good quality and varieties you can't get in the supermarket. The shop is like a treasure trove of goods, so much selection and new things to try!

My Favourite Feel Good Shop
I love that I can get peanut butter without palm oil and big bags of nuts, prunes and crystallised ginger. All the things Wilton sell are wholesome and lovely and I like how well they are packaged. It's always a happy time when a Wilton box arrives and it doesn't take long plus communication is very good.

Great selection of quality products, good value
Great selection of products. Like buying in bulk to save money on stuff I know I'll use. Herbs and spices vastly better value than the little jars from the supermarket. Some things not such good value compared to supermarkets, just have to pick and choose. I get a lot of nuts which are great quality.

The Good Things
I like: The quality of the foodstuffs and of the packaging.
You could improve the relative complexity of your website, with more list menus and better descriptions of the range of your products PLUS far more clarity about the country(ies) of origin of each of your products.
