We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for?
Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly.
We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs.
In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!!
Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it.
However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

Priducts fine but failed 48 hr delivery
The products appear fine and are to be used to make my Christmas cakes. However, when we pay extra for 48 hr delivery that is what we should get. I didn't. Then they tried to blame me for not understanding '48 hr tracked delivery' didn't mean 48 hour delivery.

Hi, thank you for your review. I'm really sorry you are disappointed with Royal Mail's delivery.
I think you may have misread my email when I replied to you; I pointed out that your delivery estimate was between Friday 25th and Tuesday 29th October. Your parcel was delivered within this timeframe, so we've done everything according to our promises.
We don't advertise Royal Mail's delivery as "48 hr delivery", we call it Tracked 48. I agree that this implies a 48 hour service but Royal Mail specifies it as a 2-3 working day service! I'll amend the website to remove the number 48 as I believe this is what has lead to the confusion.
Again, please accept my apologies.

Another Spot-on Performance
Ordering was easy with a clear logical web-site. The range available is extensive, covering most of my needs with just one exception - no Lexia raisins; those huge seeded Muscatel raisins that have a flavour all of their own. Perhaps these are no longer available on Planet Earth because I have tried several shops in my area including boutique type shops that fancy themselves but all to no avail so perhaps there is a special task for your buyers to locate the hidden Lexia mine!
Everything ordered arrived on time and delivery was to the appointed spot as had been indicated. Flawless.

Many thanks for your kind review. Lexia raisins come from Australia & are not something we stock i'm afraid. But our jumbo raisins are nice & juicy as an alternative

Wilton is always excellent. The care with packing jars is amazing, individually wrapped in corrugated card, like unwrapping presents at Christmas as a child. Wilton introduced me to Fern's pickles and chutneys, haven't seen them elsewhere. Very good. And Lingham's chilli sauce. And the big bags of walnuts always seem sweeter and fresher here. Great for stocking up and free DPD delivery if you buy enough, easy to do when stocking up.

Brilliant company.
They are always reliable for quality. Prices are good and they stock some things that are not available in supermarkets. If you use a lot of herbs and spices, the larger jars are much more economical than the standard supermarket sizes. Prompt delivery. On the rare occasion that a problem has occured, it has been sorted out very satisfactorily. Also, they use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Our experience with the company has been faultless. All the goods we have ordered have been excellent quality and good value for money. Labelling is clear. The website is easy to use. The packing is very good. Delivery charges are very sensible and delivery is fast. We were recommended Wilton wholefoods and recommend the company to friends and family.

Highly recommend. Excellent company providing great customer service. I ordered a larg(ish) delivery of dates, at a very competitive price. They took the trouble to email me to check I did actually want the quantity requested. Two days later it arrived in a very heavy box!
Really can't fault Wilton Wholefoods and will definitely order from them again.

Great way to buy trusted products of spices, herbs and more….
Such great quality and fairly priced products which are reliably sourced. Expiration dates for the present batches are also listed so you know what you are buying. I love buying my herbs and spices in these larger tubs and I use them more freely knowing I don’t have to run back to buy more in expensive small top-up bottles from the supermarket.

Wonderfu; service
I have used the click amd collect option from Wilton WHolefoods for sometime now . The service is always prompt and ready befoer the estimated time. On collection the staff and friendly and helpful. The productys I purchase are always of superb quality and I prefer to always buy their fried fruit for baking rather than at a supermarket.

Quality, Reliability and Affordability !
As always, a carefully packed box of quality items at an affordable price. Fast delivery ,I just love receiving the box. I try to get an additional item that I have never tried before, just to experiment with. Its a good way to try different tastes.
