My Samsung Freestyle 2 projector fell from a cabinet and sustained damaged to the cradle. I attempted to bend the metal cradle back into shape but it remained compromised and as a result would tilt over when used a certain angles. I contacted Samsung spare parts but they responded to say they were unable to find the part. Several fruitless internet searches later and I was bracing myself for a £600-£800 outlay for a replacement projector, before I stumbled across fixpart.co.uk. I was a little sceptical as the cradle was advertised on fixpart.co.uk as a genuine Samsung part despite Samsung themselves being unable to source the part and I'd also read a small number of trust pilot reviews from customers claiming to have purchased parts which didn't arrive or took several weeks or months for delayed delivery. I decided to proceed with the order at risk, prepared to write off the £60 (£50 + VAT + reasonable £5.79 processing and delivery charge) order as seemed sensible vs. cost of a entirely new projector. I ordered from the UK at 7pm Friday evening of the May bank holiday weekend, I received an instant order confirmation email and tracking link, the part was dispatched that day and I took delivery of the part the following Tuesday afternoon via DPD (essentially next working day with Monday being bank holiday). The part was a genuine Samsung like for like replacement which took less than two minutes to fit, meaning the projector is fully functioning once more. I was able to track the parcel throughtout and yes, as consistent with other reviews, the parcel was processed from France, but that made no difference to my experience. Very happy with the order process, communication, tracking, delivery and quality of the part received. Price and delivery seemed pretty reasonable too, though the lack of alternatives sellers means there's no way of comparing the price. Overall would highly recommend from my experience.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Ordered part on 13/01/24 saying it was in stock 1-3 day delivery and I am still waiting for the part to arrive.22/01/24. Couldn’t wait any longer so had to make other arrangements so if the part does eventually arrive then it will be returned for a full refund.

£43.61 for three small Smeg springs. Unfortunately I need these for my fridge door so I had to buy them. But the cost is outrageous. If I can find an alternative I will not use you again. …… and am telling people about you. Merry Christmas to you to! Not

I bought a MOSFET transistor, SHOULD be put in a ANTISTATIC BAG, as very prone to static damage! Just put in a ordinary plastic bag! Not really good enough when they are charging £18 plus for one transistor, but only place that had a genuine one in stock!!

Part did not fit despite putting in appliance number. As previous part failed completely during the change to the new, incompatible one, we have now just thrown the whole kettle out after an hour of fiddly work. Don’t waste your time. But a new kettle

Very poor communication. Good when ordering and paying. Very bad at replying when things go wrong and your order disappears then no contact no matter how many times you try to get some answers. Asked for a refund and still no response. Avoid this seller.

I ordered something and they brought me something else my order was cost, £35 and they send me a piece of plastic. It cost 50p and I contact them to return my money or to send me the right stuff are they still didn’t respond to me it’s nearly 3 weeks

Ordered a part for our coffee machine. Claimed to be delivered by a odd french version of DPD but not delivered. There is literally no way to contact this company when something goes wrong like this. Emails only, no contact number or customer support

Packaging overkill

The product is fine and fits well. However, you cannot justify the packaging used. The oven seal would have fit in a small jiffy bag but the box it came in would have fit at least fifty which was wasteful and must have cost significantly more

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part over 10 days ago and I am still waiting on delivery. Took many days for customer service to get back to me when I asked where my part was. All they said was that they couldn’t make a call on it.

Very poor service

I asked for a refund immediately as I had ordered the wrong parts but they said they couldn’t as they had already posted it. The parts have still not arrived 7 days later. There is no way they had posted the part. Very poor service

Genuinely awful. Found an oven door they said would be compatible with my oven, emailed them to confirm it was definitely compatible, waited 2 weeks to receive an incompatible door and was charged £7 for the privilege of returning it.

Website incorrect, now refusing to accept return,

Your website recommended a C00312856 seal for my WHIRLPOOL AFB 823 freezer but it does not fit AT ALL. I have been trying to return it but your customer services team are blocking me from doing that. Please give me back my £90.

Missing part and wrong part

The two parts I ordered were 1. Wrong and 2. Missing. Only one arrived. I've been emailing pretty much every other day over the week for a return note and not had anything back detailing how to get the one wrong part returned.

Order a door glass for £38 ended up buying a complete door £101 , which was the wrong door and wrong colour,. So I had to stripe the glass out and fit into old door. Now I am wondering what to do withwasher door with no glass.

Don’t give false information. Give honest delivery times. Respond to emails with more than an automated message. Provide a phone number for contact and, if UK is to be part of the name, you should have a UK address included.

Was told my parcel would arrive within 1-3 days. I needed the part urgently but more than a week later I'm still waiting for that delivery. Was charged £7 for delivery. No one to call, only robots! Will NOT use them again.

Beware!!!!

Item ordered which was the correct part according to their website does not fit tumble dryer and I will be charged £9 to return the item. Absolute con and waste of money, wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.
