My Samsung Freestyle 2 projector fell from a cabinet and sustained damaged to the cradle. I attempted to bend the metal cradle back into shape but it remained compromised and as a result would tilt over when used a certain angles. I contacted Samsung spare parts but they responded to say they were unable to find the part. Several fruitless internet searches later and I was bracing myself for a £600-£800 outlay for a replacement projector, before I stumbled across fixpart.co.uk. I was a little sceptical as the cradle was advertised on fixpart.co.uk as a genuine Samsung part despite Samsung themselves being unable to source the part and I'd also read a small number of trust pilot reviews from customers claiming to have purchased parts which didn't arrive or took several weeks or months for delayed delivery. I decided to proceed with the order at risk, prepared to write off the £60 (£50 + VAT + reasonable £5.79 processing and delivery charge) order as seemed sensible vs. cost of a entirely new projector. I ordered from the UK at 7pm Friday evening of the May bank holiday weekend, I received an instant order confirmation email and tracking link, the part was dispatched that day and I took delivery of the part the following Tuesday afternoon via DPD (essentially next working day with Monday being bank holiday). The part was a genuine Samsung like for like replacement which took less than two minutes to fit, meaning the projector is fully functioning once more. I was able to track the parcel throughtout and yes, as consistent with other reviews, the parcel was processed from France, but that made no difference to my experience. Very happy with the order process, communication, tracking, delivery and quality of the part received. Price and delivery seemed pretty reasonable too, though the lack of alternatives sellers means there's no way of comparing the price. Overall would highly recommend from my experience.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Appalling Customer Service

I received two parts from you, one is fine, one is incorrect. Mistakes happen, however it is the way that you deal with them that defines your approach to customer service. 1. It is not possible to contact anyone by phone. 2. I am in a never ending email saga with an agent, that takes two days to get a response. As a company you are not taking responsibility for the fact that I have been sent the wrong item. I simply want to return it and get a refund. I get the sense that you don't give a damn about customer service and will avoid giving me a refund at all costs. In the meantime I have a malfunctioning fridge that is leaking all over the floor due to a failed seal, which I cannot replace because you sent me the wrong one. I did mot want to be writing a review like this, but as you have dragged this out with no end in sight, you have left me no choice.

Hopeless - zero stars

You delivered the part - it arrived broken. I asked you to package it more securely and send again. Replacement arrived, broken in same place, and packaged in exactly the same way. Then you said you had issued a refund, which I hadn't requested. Eventually you said that it was your policy to refund after 2 failed deliveries. You should be sending me a part free of charge for all the inconvenience - 2 weeks without washing machine for family of five with three young children. Had the impression I was communicating with a bot that didn't work during UK working hours. Very poor communication. Apparently you have no confidence in delivering your own parts. Rather than try and fix the problem, you just gave up. What began as a positive experience ended up as a complete fail. I wanted to give 0 stars.

Broken Parts Supplied

Ordering this part & the time it took to deliver was very good, and there was good information supplied on when the item was being delivered. However, as you can see from the size of the box, compared to the size of the delicate shelf being sent, and the quantity of the packing material protecting the shelf, was a joke. Its not surprising it arrived smashed up. I didn't take it out of the protective cling film because it was literally smashed & in about 20 parts. Delivery companies don't give a damn about the parcel their delivering, so its up to the the company providing the product to do all that they can, to make sure their product is fully protected on its journey. So for that reason FixPart get a 1 star. If it had arrived not damaged they would have got 5 stars

Don't trust what they say about delivery times!

The supposed "1 day delivery service" (see attached screenshot) cost an extra £6.95 and was sent using "Chronopost". It in fact arrived 4 days later. The tracking provided was incomprehensible and FixaPart have NO Customer Service phone number. The Courier also only use an"AI Bot" to supposedly deal with late/non delivery! Very frustrating! Our order did finally turn up but was delivered very late. It was extremely over priced and the very expensive (next day) delivery simply a lie! The Customer Service department is useless and they don't read any emails you send before they reply! FixaPart insist the website stated "4 day delivery"... see for yourself the attached screenshot for the truth! Don't trust this company!

Liebherr Fridge Carbon Filter - Misleading and overpriced

Fridge Carbon Filter - Misleading and overpriced. The listing for this Liebherr filter used the identical image (both attached) as the Liebherr site used for a pack of two, but the price appeared slightly lower, so it seemed worthwhile. I was unpleasantly surprised to receive only one filter. Much better to buy these very pricey filters from Liebherr directly at 2 for £42 rather than 1 for £36.29. Not at all wallet friendly as claimed. This issue has happened to other customers but the misleading web page has not changed so far. Complaining did not result in full recognition of the misleading nature of the listing, but a late offer of shipping paid return which is just more hassle compared to a partial refund requested.

Way too s...l...o...w...has not arrived please refund

I ordered a part for my fridge freezer which is icing up alarmingly due to a bent hinge. The order confirmation came on 19th Sept so I expected the 1 to 3 day delivery as indicated on website. I received shipping confirmation on 20th and the tracking indicated it was clear of customs. On 22nd I queried the ETA and was told that it was out of stock but had been ordered but given no indication of when to expect it. The ice build up in FF was now getting really bad so I ordered another from elsewhere I requested a refund from you but got no response. 26th Sep Still no sign of the parts from you. Now a week has passed. I requested a full refund again today. No response. Please refund!!!!!

Avoid! Poor service and products that don't fit

I ordered a new glass turntable for my Sharp microwave. Their website said it was a 'guaranteed fit' for my model. However, when it arrived, the turntable didn't fit. When I asked to return it, the company told me I had to cover the hefty return shipping fee of £6.95. (The box they shipped it in was large enough to fit at least ten turntables inside, which presumably explains the expense - and you are not allowed to use a smaller box to return your item). When I sent screenshots of their website to show that they had guaranteed the fit, they ignored this and simply reiterated that I had to pay the shipping cost. Very poor service. Won't be using again.

Misleading description on website. I ordered a non return / check valve for a kitchen hood extractor. I received the part after several weeks of waiting only to discover that it was only 1 half of the part and that two need to be purchased to make it functional. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description or details of the item on the webpage. It seems disingenuous to sell only half of a part and the cost is disproportionate at £22 for a small piece of plastic that is completely useless unless there are two of them. Very disappointed. I have asked for the other part to be sent out or a refund to be issued as this item has been mis-sold.

Poor descriptions and unhelpful help

The parts more often than not did not have the part number or measurements listed in the item descriptions. The staff gave incorrect advice when contacted, including suggesting obviously wrong parts, saying that a part listed as fitting the device wasn't suitable and suggesting completely unrelated parts (e.g. saying that I should be replacing a hose with a pump?!?) On the positive side, the part I received was the one that I ordered which according to the website was what I needed, and the order arrived very quickly with good packaging.

Wrong part recieved they wont accept returns angry…

I got in contact with Fixpart providing them with a photo of my fridge number to ensure I recieved a compatible part. I was sent a link bought the item, when I received it I took it out to fit and it was way too big. I tried to fill out a return label and it says I can't return it, I also haven't recieved a message I sent them last week. Useless part, nearly £30 down and still haven't been able to resolve the issue. I'm really not happy. As you can see clearly the model I gave and what they sent are not compatible. Don't use.

Cooker door ordered and received wrong colour after already asking

Ordered the part needed after asking what colour it would be, you were unable to give me a colour or a guaranteed return policy if it was wrong. Item got delivered in the wrong colour which was very poor as I was forced it to ordered on the chance it was correct. After contacting the company about the issue I received the standard return policy which is no good to me as the cooker door is the wrong colour and not really giving me any options to resolve.

Ridiculously expensive.

The part I needed was a piece of plastic the size of a postage stamp. I didnt really mind the cost (£10) because it was paid by the firm who sold me a hob with a bit missing but I was charged £6 for postage. Instead of being sent in an ordinary letter envelope it arrived in a large bubble wrapped package. The £16 item was so small I that it was lost amongst the packaging and I almost threw it away. I wasnt going to complain but you did ask.

Wrong item supplied

I sent a request to clarify whether the part (fridge shelf) I ordered contained hinges as per the advert. It took 6 emails to get the answer that yes the part contains the hinges I required. https://fixpart.co.uk/product/samsung-da67-02303b-insert I ordered the part and it arrived without the hinges. I am so frustrated that the help service was difficult to get an answer from and when I did they failed to provide the correct answer.

The part I have received is wrong, I have followed the instructions on the website but when I press send, nothing happens. I filled in the returns form and it would not send. I have tried customer services form and it would not send. I currently have two oven doors, the original one which is in pieces in a bag and the replacement one that does not fit. Is there another way of sourcing an inner oven door? I have hit a brick wall

Awful service if not outright dishonest.

The part was advertised as £15 cheaper than the price you billed me for it. I queried this at the time using your online query form and you never replied. You now have the nerve to ask for a positive rating, because let's be honest, that's what you want, but you charged more than advertised and didn't have the courtesy to reply to explain why, let alone honour the advertised price. Awful service, if not outright dishonest.

Tumble Dryer Belt

Ordered a belt for a tumble dryer and the estimated delivery was 2/3 days. What they don't tell you is the parts are coming from France and of course received the part way over the estimated period (8 days in fact) by which time I had to courier another belt from a different supplier who was not only cheaper (ebay) but significantly quicker as the machine was needed urgently. Communication very poor, would not recommend.

"1-3 days delivery" is a lie.

I've had this automated email asking for a rating, but my part still has not arrived after ordering a week ago. The website advised "delivery in 1-3 days", but after paying I received an email telling me the part was being shipped from France. Very disappointing. It's a part to fix my fridge/freezer and this close to Christmas the "1-3 days" was very attractive and swayed my decision to buy from this store.

Really poor service. Item was advertised as in stock and available next day. It actually took over a week and was sent from France. No mention of this on the web site. When I contacted customer service they just kept sending me a link to the tracking which only showed that it hadn't been delivered ! I would never use this business again. There are so many better providers of spare parts. Douglas.

New fridge seal for Bosch Fridge Freezer

When I was ordering delivery was 1 -3 days. But when I'd placed the order it became 1 to 2 weeks, but it actually took 4 weeks. Just tried to fit it, the door seal is the right size and I fitted it ok. But it just does not seal the door. The old seal is smooth on the front face, the new seal has a series of ridges along the front face. It also has a slight flap that the old seal did not have.

Courier did not attempt delivery (he lied and scanned "failed attempt" from within his van) and instead sent it to a place miles away expecting me to collect it. Fixpart chose a delivery service where courier will not deliver if it gets to that place. I have now asked for a refund. Although the company puts "UK" all over their website, the tracking info claimed they sent the part from France.
