Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Website is easy enough to navigate round with good prices and deals.
I ordered some waterproof over trousers and jacket and there was no size guide( had a lucky guess).
Delivery times are slow, a full 7 days has been the quickest. The cost of delivery is a bit high if you want one item that isn't to expensive(around £20). I ended up going somewhere else for a equivalent item.

Great company with excellent customer service
Great company with whom to do business due to polite, prompt efficient customer service. Had a query over the quality of finish a pair of neoprene chest waders which was dealt with immediately and a replacement pair dispatched. Things do go wrong sometimes and what matters is how the company deals with this and Fishdeal were exemplary. I will certainly buy from them again.

First time I ordered for my son he enjoys he's fishing I no you moved to another place and I had to wait longer for my sons fishing parcel which will be here today I hope it's all complete not bits of it it would be better if you email me stages of the parcel on its way from your company as I had to send emails saying when will it be sent out to me thank you

Very good service in general thumbs up for the NL team , but😁! Please use different delivery company for UK territory , the current one always deliver the parcels open and smashed , this is why I’m avoiding to order fragile items like rods and reels! Thank you, keep maintaining this excellent shop!!!👍👍👍

Delighted with the product I received and the first class service from FishDeal,
however, I was disappointed the the amount of packaging used for two packs of soft plastics. The box was at least ten times the size of the lure packs, You could do a lot better when it comes to packaging.

Dispatch and Delivery very slow. So if your planning a fishing trip I Renou place your order 14 days in advance. My last order arrived two days after my trip ended and I placed my order 10 days before I left.

Fish deal has some very niche products at competitive prices. I bought a 7.5m Sensas Laser Whip as I was looking for a quality/traditional small fish pole/whip. This product was spot on and it was delivered efficiently. The range of products Fishdeal has is impressive.

Can’t fault the service. I had ordered the wrong size by mistake but one quick phone call the following morning and it was corrected, the customer service agent that I spoke with was very helpful and efficient. The item arrived within a few days despite the Xmas rush.

Quick delivery, competative price. Only negative outer packaging damaged and 2 out of 3 bags of groundbait split carrier fault or better packing needed ?, didnt worry me about split bags as i transfer to large container for storage. Will buy again when needed.

Great products and quick delivery.Annoying though, Try to buy waders or large clothing. Always out of stock or not catered for. I end up opening g profiles of loads of different wader and tops, jackets but rarely are they in stock.

The address label was half torn off and the delivery driver was only just able to decipher the address through the bar code. A less attentive driver may not have bothered and returned the package. Stronger glue???
