Fantastic ordered on a Monday delivered on the Thursday and as far as I can make out it came from the Netherlands.

I've ordered two items from Fishdeal and neither orders went well. I first ordered two Umbrellas which were a very good price and a good quality, but instead of the 2 to 5 days delivery promised, it took two weeks to get to me. Fishdeal did say that it was down to the courier DPD who were having delivery problems so I gave Fishdeal the benefit of the doubt. My second order was for a Landing Net Pole. The stock level showed one in stock which I ordered immediately. Expecting it to be delivered again with 2 to 5 days I then received an e-mail 4 days after I ordered it saying that due to a stock error it was no longer in stock. Fishdeal offered a similar replacement Pole or a refund which I accepted which was deposited into my bank within 24 hours which was good. So, whilst I have been a bit unlucky with my orders, Fishdeal's prices seem to be very competitive and I would still consider buying from them again, but don't expect any order to be received within the 2 to 5 days as they promise!

i ordered a winter suit and following their advice on the advert ordered a smaller size. upon arrival it was too small. i contacted them and they sent me an email for returns. unfortunately i couldnt download the labels, contacted them on facebook and they sent out another email from which i was able to download the return labels. it was so simple, 2 minutes in the post office it was all done. i re-ordered the suit and 3 days later i received it. not actually used it yet but tried it on, great fit and feels so warm well worth the money. i have used fish deal before, bought a carp kit, 2 rods, pod etc fantastic value although i found 1 rod to be badly balanced but the other rod is my go to rod and have great success with it. all in all i have found fishdeal provide a great service and great value for money, would recommend them over many uk companies for both price and quality

A genuine company, can recommend 100%, I'm in the uk and I ordered some reels as I saved nearly 250 quid, I was a little sceptical and worried so used my credit card so I had insurance, I needn't have worried at all, I had an issue where when I checked the tracking on dpd it didn't show my door number, I contacted fishdeal who actually have a uk branch and contact number and within 30 mins dpd updated me, the reels arrived 1 day later than the 3-5 working days, I ordered Sunday tea time and they arrived on the Saturday, can't fault the service at all, they really are a great company to deal with, I've already recommended to friends and family, will definitely use them again.

Packaging, having purchased some 55kg of ground bait for my 2024 fishing campaign. this came in 3 separate boxes delivered in 2 separate consignments. Therefore the carrier had to deliver twice (false economy). a further issue was the second delivery had 2 of the bags of ground bait inside burst one was a 6.5kg bag and a 4kg bag. we estimate some 1.5 to 2,5 kg of ground bait was lost in transit. Furthermore, a flimsy cardboard box with a few sheets of crumbled-up paper dropped in does not support as packaging and the minimum usage of sellotape to close the boxes was absolutely pathetic.

I ordered a fishing rod and accessories for my grandsons birthday. It all arrived in a timely manner. My only critism is that I wanted the order to go directly to my grandson and not to me. There is no option to do this on the website. I telephoned, and spoke to Steph who was very helpful. Apparently you have to pay for your order first and then when you receive your order number, email the company with the delivery address. Not great, but it did work. Would be so much easier to have this option when ordering though.

done this already .. so here we go again .. i looked for something online . i found it , i paid up front for it , it didn’t come with free delivery , it arrived fairly quickly , it’s not something i could buy locally with cash , it’s not something needed quickly it’s fir the summer .. online retail is online retail , if i can buy something with cash and do it i will if not i have to buy online ,, glad to see prices are falling and the rip off britian culture is being tamed .. bring back the barter system

Just keep doing what you are doing very well and your customers will keep coming back, the rod that I bought was good value for money unfortunenatly a through action rod not ideal for carp fishing, test curve of 1.5lb is great and still a good rod, postage top class from the Netherlands I have had things take twice as long if not longer being posted in the same City let alone the same Country. KEEP AT IT FISHDEAL.CO.UK YOU ARE DOING GREAT

I was hesitant initially as it appeared to be a UK company but was, in fact, in the Netherlands. I contacted customer support to see if I would run into issues with delivery and import duty. They assured me that I would not. The goods arrived on time and with no import duty due. I am extremely pleased with the goods, delivery and service received. I would order again with no hesitation. Thank you Fishdeal!

Website suggested there might be a postal delay so they had proactively managed my expectations. Needn't have troubled themselves as my items were here super quick. Arrived in first class condition in their original packaging which was particularly important as one item is a gift. Only improvement might be that two smallish items were in a box big enough to take a cat to the vet!

Website is easy to use, I ordered some fishing gear for the first time from this company, they Sent me emails about and delivers, which it was on time. I would use fishdeals again very happy customer.

I was sceptical so used my credit card incase , arrived in Uk sooner than quoted . Got my carbon flick net £50 cheaper than buying in Uk . Will definitely use again

Placed an order for a feeder rod and after a few days of 'reaching out' on social media i was informed that the item is out of stock. So I requested a refund.

Good range of stock at good prices, found everything that I was looking for. Communication with customer services was also good and my items arrived on time.

Order processed and delivered promptly. Product exactly as depicted on website, not alot that needs any improvement in my view, keep doing what you do
