Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Bought an axs bivvy but unfortunately one of the pole was overbent.Emailed fishdeal and arranged to return the bivvy, simple and efficient.I received a refund within 24hours.Great service.

Reasonably priced with great range
Prices are very reasonable and some excellent offers but doesn't inundate you with emails like some sites.
I'd prefer to have had it made clear that shipping was not from the UK though.

Have used before and will use again, nice quality tackle but don,t rely on the delivery date. Stated 2 to 5 working days. Ordered wed 5th june but didn,t dispatch until tuesday 11th

Great deals on less known equipment
Great deals on less well know equipment like ultimate and NGT. However, don’t let the fact that these manufacturers are less well known put you off, they have some superb gear.
