I got inspired to purchase some beautiful sexy garments for my sweetie. Not having any experience with this type of shopping, led me to purchase multiple garments from 7 different online purveyors (Saks, Cosabella, Agent Provocateur, Fleurdumal, Etam, Ginia) in order to assess the products and the vendors. Yesterday, I returned almost everything from the above list and am keeping all 13 garments I ordered from Glamuse. The quality of the garments and the packaging from Glamuse is head and shoulders above the rest. A number of the other vendors I will never even consider again because their return policy and attitude is terrible. Some sent me different garments or sizes from what I ordered. The Glamuse shipment was spot on. With Glamuse, I cannot comment on their handling of returns because I didn’t want to give anything back. I know my sweetie and I will love the garments. I am hopeful that I got the right size. To all my brothers out there, you can’t go wrong here.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever! Ordered 3 items but the website said there was a minimum order of 160 Euros because it was outside the EU (I'm in UK) so I ordered one more (sale) item to get to the minimum order. Order cost me £190 including shipping costs. Order received and I need to send one item back as it doesn't fit. Told by Glamuse this is not possible, I have to return the WHOLE order and reorder it again from scratch. Cost of returning items: £13.00 Meanwhile I get an unexpected invoice from FedEx for £55 because of import taxes. This was mentioned nowhere during the ordering process. So now I have an unexpected bill from FedEx, have borne the cost of returning 4 items instead of just one, and I have no items in my possession as I returned them all as instructed. I am nearly £70 out of pocket for nothing. I am not reordering and risking those costs again I am not using this company again. Utterly ridiculous rip-off ordering system from start to finish.

Sent the wrong size

I ordered a matching bra and pants which were lovely quality, nice wide back and thick straps but still looked really pretty - but they sent me the wrong size. Going through customer services was ok, they were nice but didn’t easily answer my question to send the wrong bra back and get the size I ordered. They were avoiding my questions about exchanging for the right one, but just said yes you will get a refund. Eventually they said the size I ordered was now out of stock. Luckily I could send back the bra and pants together as they were quite expensive and I didn’t want just the pants. They were nice enough but not entirely helpful, and I’m disappointed that I could not receive the item I ordered as I put a lot of time into researching the right bra.

The underwear it’s self is pretty….🤢

The underwear it’s self is pretty. However, they had been previously worn/bought. I only know this because they “smelled” like another woman. Smelled is putting the scent nicely. What is really disturbing, is that they smelled so strongly that I couldn’t even try them on until I had to wash them. Literally, washing off another person’s stank. These panties were bought to wear under my wedding dress….wow. Such a tragic way to spend $100.00. Even more tragic is the fact that I really do not even feel comfortable wearing them after having smelled the poor hygiene of the women that bought them before me.

The sizing is extremely off and hard to identify. Even with the size guide for USA it means nothing. It would be an extra chore to contact customer service and I don’t see anyone using the chat or calling out of country to clarify sizes that use unidentified nonsense. Beautiful pieces but crap shoot with sizing. Overpriced and most likely outsourced. Not sure why it’s like this. Disappointing

Nice range of products, no free return if you want cash refund

Nice range of products, quick delivery. Claim free returns is not complety true though, if you want a refund in stead of storecredit 5 euros will be deducted. So the banner Free Shipping an Returns made me order with Glamuse, a second time I will reconsider now I have to pay a 5 euro 'fee'for wanting a cash return

The courrier… They were supposed to deliver on the 8th of January last week… and never did for the reason of “no one was at the house” when I was there all day. Then every day it got postponed to the next day. Today is January 14th and still haven’t received my shipment from DHL

L'ordine non è ancora arrivato al punto di ritiro. Al momento di acquisto c'era stato scritto che consegna sarà effettuata entro 24 maggio. Ma non è sucesso. E non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione il perché siete in ritardo. E poi mi state chiedendo la valutazione.

Fast shipment and nice products but now.. my last order is lost in the mail. They have started investigation but the order is from 2 weeks ago and I don't have a package or money back.. they tell me to wait but It's a lot of money and I really would like a solution.
