Poor service I’ve been wayove a month and still no delivery

Slow delivery

Absolutely love alpinetrek. Superb range some unbelievable bargains. Used them several times now and never had a problem. Even when we had to return a coat they were wonderful

Alpinetrek is brilliant. The best large outdoor retailer. Especially because you stock large size shoes and products I can't get anywhere else. Recently your stock levels of some products have been low, but this seems to be a problem in other places. Your delivery & return systems for the UK are excellent. You coped well with Brexit which couldn't have been easy. Also your product specialists are very knowledgeable. The website is also very good. The search & filter options could be improved as they can come up with funny results. That's a minor thing though. I wish you were able to sell Lowa to the UK but I understand they won't allow it. Your courier, Evri, is another story. They are really bad. No customer service, crashing computers which don't allow customers to collect items from a pick up point even though the item is physically there- the computer said no. Lack of and misleading tracking information. That's the only reason I knocked a star off. Alpentrek ***** 5 stars. Evri - * minus 1star 5-1 =4!

As a UK customer, I could only find the exact product that I wanted, a new model of Bell bike hat, in Europe. I chose Alpine Trek for their keen prices and the fact that taxes and duties were already paid which I have found speeds up the delivery process. Despite there being a bank holiday in Germany the day after the evening that I ordered it, the delivery only took a week. I had excellent feedback detailing when I might receive the order and got it 2-3 days before I was expecting it. It was well packaged and I am delighted with the service.

Everything was great. I was kept in touch by email about the progress of my order and it was delivered one day after it arrived in the UK so that's excellent service. The price was lower than the few stores in the UK where this item of clothing is available. I had been slightly worried about possible customs charges but there was no need to worry as this is all paid for in advance by Alpine Trek. I am happy to recommend Alpine Trek to other UK customers.

I was contacted via email by individual members of Alpine Trek as to the status of my purchase. My transaction was quickly sorted and I received sufficient notification at every stage. I wish other companies were as efficient, courteous and polite, impressive indeed. I have purchased from them before and they provide consistently excellent service, Great prices and free tracked delivery with insurance also no hassle returns! Highly recommended.

Great selection of good-qaulity products, and delivery times are acceptable but longer than you are led to believe. I always get an email saying prodcuts should be with me within 4-5 days, but it tends to be more like 7-10 from order date. Which is fine, to be honest, if they said that, and would reduce anxiety of lost order if they were up front about it. That said, customer services are good, they reply to queries, and the products are good quality.

My only worry when buying online is the choice of the delivery company. As I have a few problems in the past with Hermes / Evri, my heart sank when I realised that they where the chosen company by Alpine Trek. Although after a few sleepless nights worrying about the safety of my purchase, the boots have arrived safe and sound, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. So thank you Alpine Trek and thank you Evri.

My order took the expected time to arrive, but tracking only starts when the order arrives in the UK. I would prefer that tracking was available end-to-end to give me a better idea of when the order will arrive. In this case, tracking was not available for a few days after I received the email telling me that the order was in the UK.

Always a very good 👍 service, good products, good pricing, traceable deliveries. The delivery timings to UK seem a bit slower than previously, but the service is still good and this is an online retailer I trust and do a lot of business with.

Item is as described. Was a little late being delivered, took 8 days rather than the expected 4-5, and had to contact them to find out what was happening. However, customer services were very good once they replied.

Nice website, easy to navigate and purchase. Bit slow on delivery. The shoes I bought were too big so had to return.

Excellent communication regarding my order, which arrived in very good time. Excellent packaging to protect goods and top quality item received, which exceeded my expectations. Limited choice of colour but the exact design of Backpack I wanted and at a very competitive price. I would thoroughly recommend Alpinetrek and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again! 😍

Quick delivery, easy to return, easy to re-order. Had the product I wanted at an excellent price. Unfortunately shoes didn't fit (the brand had weird and inaccurate UK sizing) but loved them, so had to return which was straight forward and new shoes arrived in time for my walking holiday (perfect fit this time). Will definitely be a return customer
