Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.

Very slow responding website. Discount code did not work properly. Price increased when discount code applied! Chris from sales will now have to refund me so I get the correct discount. This purchase was a trial and hoping to buy several more laptops, but unfortunately your website is abysmal. While trying to order, I was blocked because phone number flagged up as invalid format, but no other useful information as to what was wrong. Took 7 trials before that was sorted, and even Chris could not help. The problem turned out to be that it can't accept any spaces between the digits. Never had that problem on any website yet. Wasted over an hour and a half, for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. I am hoping that you get these issues resolved quickly, because I want to be a regular customer for your products. But I have my concerns. As a company selling IT products you have no excuse for the abysmal performance of your website. Feedback is only good if it is acted upon. I sincerely hope you can make a significant improvement on your website and discount codes fast!! I will be checking soon.

make the whole process easier. assume all your potential customers are wary of pushing the wrong buttons for a rather expensive purchace without at least a little reasurance most of us have bought cars for less!!

Easy

Liked being able to compare. Did not like obfuscation of actual price, eg. "£150 off", only to find when clicking on product details that the discount had already been applied. This was not the case across the board.

Good website: easy to use…

I knew which laptop I wanted to review and, in fact, had the funds to purchase the upgrade version thanks to finding your offers. I definitely liked that! The website is easy to navigate and checkout simple.

Good but could be a bit more idiot proof

The experience is good and an easy to use site but for me, a non computer literate amateur, it would be helpful to have a bit more information on what particular technical spec terms mean for the user.
