Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.

Very slow responding website. Discount code did not work properly. Price increased when discount code applied! Chris from sales will now have to refund me so I get the correct discount. This purchase was a trial and hoping to buy several more laptops, but unfortunately your website is abysmal. While trying to order, I was blocked because phone number flagged up as invalid format, but no other useful information as to what was wrong. Took 7 trials before that was sorted, and even Chris could not help. The problem turned out to be that it can't accept any spaces between the digits. Never had that problem on any website yet. Wasted over an hour and a half, for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. I am hoping that you get these issues resolved quickly, because I want to be a regular customer for your products. But I have my concerns. As a company selling IT products you have no excuse for the abysmal performance of your website. Feedback is only good if it is acted upon. I sincerely hope you can make a significant improvement on your website and discount codes fast!! I will be checking soon.

Lifesavers!

There was essentially half off because of Black Friday Guarantee which made the purchase actually possible. My laptop is my lifeline and when my charger suddenly gave up yesterday I thought I was screwed. We’re a low income family so having the replacement be unexpectedly affordable was just a blessing. I mean the website was easy and quick to use and everything which is probably more the answer you’re after, but the thing that truly made it excellent was surprise discounts so there you go!

Light at the end of frustration.

Easy to select specification required and to order but my experience with ACER for a new laptop is not good but I am giving it a last chance because the one I have been using from 2013 win 7 64bit is still going strong. I purchased a Nitro 17-51 from buydirect.uk 26 March 2024 and reported it faulty 28 March 2024 but through a lot of time wasting my time they did not accept return until 1 April 2024. I Did not receive a replacement until 12 April 2024 and this has the same fault 26 April2024 and has to being returned 1 May 2024. So I’am paying out more money to purchase direct from acer and hope ordering from you will be better.

Acer Aspire 5 On-line Purchase

I have always purchased Dell for my business in the past but the last two purchases with them were a complete and utter rigmarole which put me off using them again. Having Googled 'Best laptop 2024' and then read good on-line reviews by independent testing gurus I looked at Acer for the first time and was impressed with the choice and the prices when compared to Dell. So I purchased one and also pleased that I was contacted beforehand by phone and was also offered an additional discount. (Because I entered my phone number on their website enquiry). I now hope the laptop lives up to my expectations.

Have made contact by email, Chris was very quick to come back to us to get an answer to our query and as they could not supply an additional mains unit made a suggestion as how we could purchase one. Very impressed with you customer support. We have purchased a Swift Go 16 and with a discount which we were not expecting. Thank you we hope the new Laptop is as good as your customer service, which is excellent.

buying Acer 315 touch screen from acer.

I'm giving my present touch screen 315 to my son and buying a new replacment 315-4ht. that's because iv'e been so pleased with the existing one. But, because i'mbuying it from Acer I get £70 off. Thank you! From start to finish the buying process was so easy, and free delivery in two working days. And has I already own a 315 touch screen, I know how good they are, and what I'm getting. I'm realy chuffed.

Helpful and simple to order

It was very easy to check the specifications of each model and the questions I asked were replied to promptly, which gives some confidence in after-sales service. I would have liked a 2tb disk instead of 1tb, but that option was not available, but I understand that having options like that would up the cost, so happy with the spec I got. To be fair, the website is really clear.

really liked the checkout experience, not too fiddly, but could not search for peripheral compatibility for my new chromebook without the serial number, which I dont have yet, so a sale lost there as I will most likely go to Amazon after I receive the chromebook. A search by model number would be better, or even a link.

The access to the Acer store was easy and the instructions to follow that point you at the items you are looking for where very easy and accurate. The thing I liked the most was the fact that I had just found Acer's recycled plastic laptop and I was really pleased when I found a range of plastic accessories, great.

My experience using the acer website was very good, I will use it again in the future. As a plus I was very fortunate to have my item at a discounted price (as there was a sale on it), I only just wish that the VAT was already added to the display price rather than being added later at checkout.

Chromebook power cable

Very happy with purchase procedure. Glad that a Chromebook power cord still available for one laptop but unfortunately my other Chromebook apparently is now too old for you to be able to supply replacement. In UK we don't use 'cord' so couldn't find accessory power cable initially!

One time pass code on transaction was missing - transaction kept failing because of this but ACER system blamed the transaction failure on the bank refusing the payment when it was ACER payment system that was not generating the one time verification.

It is so confusing trying to look at all the different offers, I would have liked an easier way of seeing the actual price rather than having to work out whether or not it was discounted. I was price driven but also interested in the spec.

This deal I got was a big saving on Curry’s where I just looked at and went to the store. Curry’s didn’t have in stock. I was about to order online when I checked Acer direct. I even got the Office 360 and it was still cheaper.
