Posted out last order super fast, always send good quality plants, reliable and quick. I always just come back to pro shrimp because of this. Best prices and little deals to save a bit on larger orders.
Only thing that could be better is more plants being in stock but I imagine that's just supply and demand. There's a few plants they dont seem to stock at all, like typical dutch aquascape plants like Nesea Golden, these would be great to get all from pro shrimp rather than scouring ebay, if they ever expand their range more :)
I bought some tropica soil, but received dennerle. The slip in the box said dennerle too … which is not what was ordered. So clearly they changed it as tropica was also then out of stock.
I have not returned due to the hassle and others over on UKAPS forum saying it is likely the same thing overall. But that’s not the point. I wanted a particular product… hence paying money for it. To then just shrug shoulders, change the order and send it without any discussion is unprofessional.
Sadly this is my second bad experience with this store. Even being a little cheaper won’t get my business next time now.

This review would get 5 starts except for two things.
I ordered 3L of Tropic Aquarium Soil Powder and was supplied with Tropica Aquarium Soil (not Powder). Even though the invoice showed Soil Powder.
The plant for the 1-2-Grow pot of Marsilea Hirsuta was black and when I opened the pot the plant fell apart with about 95% totally rotten and unusable.

I tried to contact proshrimp and left a phone message as my lucky dip item was missing. I was never contacted back. Very disappointed using customer service for first time.

I was looking for some Marimos or moss…
Inwas looking for some Marimos or moss balls for my tank. Proshrimp popped up and they had some good reviews and great prices. I bought 6 marimos which I thought would be tiny. The order was processed first thing the next morning (i placed the order at night) and my lovely new marimos were delivered very carefully the next day. They were much larger than I expected and are lovely. I was very pleased with my order and the service provided. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Planted tank
At 1st I was a bit dismayed as the amphora with anubias had arrived in several pieces and an email reply to the company had gotten lost as my inbox was full. However I did find a ticket section on my account which verified another would be sent out and swiftly it was and arrived in perfect condition all my plants are vibrant and green and growing well, I also love the lava rock with bucaphaldra.

Impressed with live shrimp shipping service
I ordered live cherry shrimp and all of them arrived alive and safely packaged super impressed with the packaging and the shipping next day, I have ordered from pro shrimp before and their items have always been great quality, will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Plants healthy and arrived quickly.
Bought a range of aquarium plants, fertiliser pods and various other bits and prices. Plants arrived in good condition and very healthy - very pleased. Pods were expensive but had good reviews … so only time will tell. Overall quick delivery and would buy from here again.
Needed some treatment for my fish which no shops near me sells, Pro shrimp did not only sell it the also were the cheapest and the treatment arrived 2 days later....excellent service.
I have used pro shrimp before but no its my 1st stop for goods

Do better - customer advice - I have emailed various questions for advice on products you sell. Example shrimps. But never had any feedback. Whereas I have received excellent advice from alternative online companies I've used. But I am otherwise very pleased with Pro-shrimp.

I ordered an aquatic plant. The order arrived and it was in terrible shape, unusable. I contacted them once to let them know and they apologised and sent another one through straight away. The second one was perfect. I will definitely order from this company again, as it is only when you test their customer services that you know how reliable they are.

Good, with space for improvements
I have ordered a few times and I am overall satisfied. I must say that shrimps often come under the purchased number and I have had some bad luck with snails (some came with minor shell damage, some died shortly after being introduced in a healthy tank), but overall customer service is good and proactive in resolving issues.

They offer a good range of plants, including larger ones such as this fern which is already attached to some lava rock. Did have some small snail eggs attached (quickly removed) so a check before sending would have been appreciated, but no harm done. Very pleased on tbe whole.
