Posted out last order super fast, always send good quality plants, reliable and quick. I always just come back to pro shrimp because of this. Best prices and little deals to save a bit on larger orders.
Only thing that could be better is more plants being in stock but I imagine that's just supply and demand. There's a few plants they dont seem to stock at all, like typical dutch aquascape plants like Nesea Golden, these would be great to get all from pro shrimp rather than scouring ebay, if they ever expand their range more :)
I bought some tropica soil, but received dennerle. The slip in the box said dennerle too … which is not what was ordered. So clearly they changed it as tropica was also then out of stock.
I have not returned due to the hassle and others over on UKAPS forum saying it is likely the same thing overall. But that’s not the point. I wanted a particular product… hence paying money for it. To then just shrug shoulders, change the order and send it without any discussion is unprofessional.
Sadly this is my second bad experience with this store. Even being a little cheaper won’t get my business next time now.

Good Service
Never had bad service. Website is easy to navigate. Finding an item is easy. Going through the normal purchasing channels is no problem. P&P is varied and VFM. I mostly buy plant from here and they always arrive in very good condition and well packed, etc. I would recommend.

Fish tank filter
It is getting increasingly difficult to find the type of filter for my fish tank that I need. Pro shrimp is one of the only outlets now that does this. Their pricing was competitive and it was posted very quickly. No complaints, thank you very much pro shrimp.

Good shop. Seems to have the cheapest prices around with low threshold for free delivery.
Website is a little buggy to navigate when doing a direct search especially if you know exactly what you are looking for, doesn’t seem to come up with correct products.

good service, but only drawback phone queries do not get answered you are advised to use web site which does not cover the item you wish to talk about. that said the delivery is good. cant comment on staff as the phone does not get answered

Reliably good - I keep coming back

Healthy plants, excellent customer service.
My order arrived quickly and very well packaged. The plants arrived in excellent health, when ordering I needed to make changes to my order and their customer service we very helpful I still got my order sent out quickly.

The items arrived on time.
Two of the three plants were in good condition. The third (Rotala wallichii), was in ok, condition, hence I would give 4.5 stars but that wasn't an option. My previous orders were all good.

Pro shrimp always offer good value and range of aquatic goods. Unfortunately the bottle of Melafix I received has a very short shelf life of only a few weeks so I won’t be able to use it which is a bit wasteful.

Always had a great service from these folks, whether it is plants or livestock.
Clean healthy plants with no onboard visitors (snails etc.) and healthy well packaged shrimp and nerite snails).

They had what I wanted and it arrived promptly; prices similar to international online shopping site. My guess is that pro shrimp is happy to pay taxes, something I appreciate as a pensioner.
I was absolutely delighted with the quality of plants received, combined with the prompt delivery and communication regarding the order / delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending.
