Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

I visited Bluewater branch yesterday.Staffs were very helpful and kind.Overall shop was very well organised,clean and labels were clear to everyone.(sometimes ı am struggling to find the price of the items in other stores and can’t find any staff to ask for help.)

A great selection of men's shoe brands were available in store at the Castleford Freeport site. Very helpful staff, returned from the stock room with my shoe size, more than happy with the I price paid for the 3 pairs of shoes purchased.

Very prompt delivery. Only bummer was that the US size 13 that ordered was a Euro size 46, rather than a 47. Would be nice if the website listed Euro sizing as well as US and UK sizing. Otherwise, the shopping experience was perfect.

Easy shopping experience to order from soletrader. For the first time, bought, Blowfish trainers. The name - cablee trainers. Very happy with purchase. So comfy and different in style. Normally a size 6 and size 6 fitted perfectly.

Item arrived really quickly. However I needed a smaller size. Very easy process to return for exchange (albeit not free). Correct pair arrived within 48 hours!
Free returns for exchange would be an improvement.
