Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

Sole Trader - A company who put their heart and 'soul' into customer service.
Having never used Sole Trader previously, I ordered a pair of men's suede boots over the christmas holiday period. It was pointed out that the order would not be dispatched until after the holiday period which was understandable. The boots were dispatched on the 4th Jan and arrived on the 5th Jan with DPD an extremely reliable delivery company. It is fair to say that my husband is very very happy with his boots and all in all I am extremely happy with the full process from ordering to delivery. The quality of the Deakins boots is excellent and I have only good feelings about Sole Trader and would not hesitate to use them in future. They are clearly a very professional outfit. Please continue with the great service.

Fast delivery to US
Fast delivery from the UK to the States, I think it arrived in three days which is remarkable. Prices are certainly not the lowest, but they make up for it in the shipping and ease of use.
Site is responsive, easy to navigate, and intuitive.
Onitsuka is no longer available in the States unfortunately, so I'm pleased to be able to find a retailer elsewhere. I imagine that's built into the price partially, as these typically were $100, coming in shipped from the UK for $150 is not bad at all.

Genuine Tom's for £19 each, bargain!!!!
Fantastic, I have issues with my right foot, so I buy Sketchers often the 'Bobs' range, but after passing this shop yesterday, I noticed 'Tom's ' so went in and purchased two pairs. I was shocked to see genuine Tom's for £19 a pair! It's worth visiting Mccarthy Glen just for this shop alone. Get yourselves a fantastic bargain. Shop staff really helpful and no pressure selling either. Perfect shopping experience 👌

I was happy with the product and speed of delivery, I was disappointed that simply because the item I was purchasing previously cost more I was ineligible for free delivery despite being well over the price threshold, I fail to see why the previous price of the item has any relevance to the current one, if it used to be cheaper you would honour the free delivery of it was now in the correct price bracket.

Grooms Party Shoes
Ordered a matching set of 10 pairs of shoes for the grooms party of our wedding. Ordered in-store for home delivery, one pair didn’t fit so ordered online for next day collection in store where we picked up the additional pair and returned the one that was too small for the father of the bride. Everything about the order(s) went smoothly and the speed of the shipping was extremely quick. Very impressed.

I have been looking for this style of boot for a while, and I was very excited to find a pair at such a good price point. Excellent staff in norwich
Came into store and I brought some shoes. I realised when i got home They didn't fit.
I returned them to the shop and they didn't have my size in the shoe. So the very kind gentleman who greeted me st the door of the shop helped me the whole way and had my new shoes in the right size delivered to my door the following day! Great customer service of this man and a very kind person too.

Pleasure to shop in Bluewater store.
Ordered Flossys online for birthday gift. The Site was easy to navigate & order completed without problem.
Order status could be tracked online & shoes delivered to store very quickly.
When collecting from the Bluewater store, the staff were efficient, professional & very friendly.
The atmosphere was relaxed & it was a real pleasure to be able to engage with the staff.

Beautiful Hunters wellies and socks…
I purchased Hunters wellies and socks as a gift for a friend and was delighted with both items! Beautiful colour Willow Green! Unfortunately, the wellies were too small for my friend so both items were returned. Sole Trader were great to deal with. Returns label was easy to generate, I was emailed with updates and monies promptly returned. Highly recommend this company.

Discounted Tommy Hilfiger trainer socks were easily found on the Soletrader outlet website at the right price and were quickly dispatched to my chosen Soletrader store as part of their click and collect option. Collection, from probably their busiest store - Oxford Street, London went smoothly. Will go to Soletrader as my first point of call for footwear in future.

The interest the assistant showed in my need’s when selecting the best option for my feet. The knowledge of the assistant and suggestions, in selecting the best footwear style for my feet.
It would be great if brands were asked to make some wide fittings in their footwear,also half sizes. In particular the trending footwear brands.

The you staff member who helped me buy boots as a gift for a family member. He was polite courteous well mannered and treated us with respect . The boots were beautiful and at a reasonable price but the staff member gave 100% I did not take his name but we bought Gents Wrangler Boots at around 12 ish. WELL DONE!!

Would order from Soletrader again
I was able to find the shoes I was looking for for a very competitive price. Additionally, they did a great job of keeping me informed about the delivery status, even as it came from overseas. I kept the shoes because I like them, but they had included everything needed in case I needed to do a return.

Fashionable Footwear which is value for money!
I like Sole Trader because it has fashionable footwear that is good value for money. The staff member who served me today was very helpful in ordering me a pair of shoes that I’d liked from a previous purchase but which weren’t in the shop. Could get them delivered to home or shop. Excellent.

I have been looking to buy a pair of D M boots for a while on the internet and the only outlets local to me (TN 1) are at London or Ashford no mention of you, so was surprised when l saw them

Good quality and value for money!
The quality is amazing with crafted leather. The shoes exterior design is what I was looking for. The only down point is that they seem to be slightly bigger than size 9 when wearing them particularly in width around sole area, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Great top tip
It was a really helpful and accurate top tip to choose one size smaller than my actual size, as the Bugatti shoes I purchased clearly come up large. As a consequence the shoes are a perfect fit and are really comfortable. Great discount too, which is always a bonus.
