We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for?
Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly.
We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs.
In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!!
Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it.
However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

Great products and service couldn’t understand though why delivery charge tripled if I added 2nd item eg 10kg of dates added to 25 kg of jumbo oats?
So I didn’t!

Thank you for your review and feedback - with regards to the postage, it might be that adding the 10kg bag of dates meant the order had to go into two boxes and then that would have pushed the cost up. Its very much dependent on the weight of the items and also the size of them.
