I ordered 4 items, 2 each of 2 products. One of the products was fine, but the other was out of date dead stock sold at full price. I am a make up artist and know my stuff when it comes to the beauty industry. This product had a packaging update over 2 years ago. The items were sold in the old packaging and when I checked the stock number on the boxes, they're over a year out of date. Really annoying and no way to do business. Shame on you. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know. Totally unacceptable.

They advertised one thing and sent me something else, then they didn't understand the point when I complained and provided them photographs of the misleading evidence. Then to make matters worse, they refused to pay postage for me to send the items back when it was their fault due to false advertising. Apparently the customer is always wrong with this lot. I will definitely not be ordering anything more from them and thanks to social media, I will make sure all my friends get to hear about my experience as well.

Really poor experience. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Parcel damaged in transit. Called to see if they would resend and was told I had to email them and then wait for the investigation to complete before a refund or goods to be re sent could be actioned. Emailed them and got a reply the following day asking if I would like a replacement and they will action it. I replied saying I would and that I assumed the delivery charges would be refunded since the order would not be delivered till at least 5 days after the initial delivery. No reply to that email but received one the following day saying a full refund has been actioned. Emailed them back explaining I did not ask for it then was told not all items are in stock which is a total LIE as still available to buy online.

Received no email confirmation of order or delivery. Fortunately i took a screenshot of the order completion. When i tried to contact through phone & email i got no response. Checked them on TrustPilot & 2/3 of reviews were negative. All this didn’t instil confidence. I did receive my purchase (only after a 2nd email requesting a refund) - hence the 2star review rather than 1star, but customer confidence is everything when buying online & they did little to promote any

My order wasn't delivered. If I'd known it would be delivered by Amazon I'd have ordered from them direct and selected pick up. Customers service are unhelpful, unapologetic and rude. I should be refunded.

Rubbish website total waste of time. The parcel did not in fact get delivered after a week of waiting it’s getting returned. I’m very angry and I will not be ordering from here ever again

Still waiting for my order which was shipped on the 25th April and today is the 5th June. I have contacted the store but heard nothing back.

I received all parcel damaged and not any refound been ask to return a the damaged box what i ll do as soon as i get the label from them Been 3 days what i keep the damaged box with developer liking in my house what is annoying Verry poor service never order from them againe

The web page needs review, as the order I saw on screen changed oddly. I had to contact customer services by email as the phone call I did was not answered. Poor overall. Correct items arrived only by me complaining.

I'm still waiting for my items, after website states 3 days. this has come and went long time, no response after sending an email. I would not order from this website Very disappointed i want a refund

You suppose to more care about packing parcles. one of the bottle was squeezed in the transport, so lots of shampoo just pour in the bag! Leaking all around. Very disappointing !

First order from here and was sent a damaged product. Bottle had a huge dent in it with no explanation provided prior to or after purchase. Not impressed at all...

Still haven't received my item after 9 days... no communication received either, no updates to order status and no warning of delay in shipping.
