Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Honestly a great company. I ordered from the Uk and the package came faster than most companies who are based here. The rod was packages very well and not a single scratch or bump. Highly recommend to anyone!

Great company to deal with.
Amazingly wasn't even aware I had been entered in to a prize draw and they contacted me to say I'd won around £600 worth of match fishing chair equipment.

Poor service by the courier.
Parcel was left with a neighbour for 3 days as no card was left for me by the courier. Goods were fine but I thought the packaging was a bit over the top! anyway, thank you for the glasses which fit well.

Prices are very reasonable and some excellent offers but doesn't inundate you with emails like some sites.
I'd prefer to have had it made clear that shipping was not from the UK though.
