Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Good prices but delivery was slower than stated. 3-5 days delivery at £6.95 but didn't dispatch the order until the 5th working day so arrived late. Packaging wasn't very good either very flimsy cardboard box almost destroyed by courier. Contents were amazingly still intact though

Waiting time awfull. Still waiting after 15 days and have only learnt that the delivery company has just received it.

No delivery 😢.

Order has still not arrived probably 2 weeks on. Fishdeal have contacted me and said the order would be resent but still waiting. Not very good for my first order.

I received the rod broken, I waited 2 weeks for it and it came packed only in a soft material cover and in a folded cardboard box
