Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Items not in stock even though it was shown to be online. Waited over a month and kept being told the same. Very difficult to get hold of on the phone. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund... (Still havent got it!). Email I have been getting responses but I Have no reason to believe any of it is genuine.
In future, do not advertise something in stock when you clearly don't as is evident from several reviews previously. There are also quite clearly some fake reviews.

broken goods and average products
The way the parcel was packed was poor. I read reviews of other people receiving damaged orders and I was also one of them.
The shipping time was ok, items were off average quality.
I contacted customer support and they were quick to reply. I emailed a few photos and then was contacted to say they would refund me if I sent them another photo of me destroying it!
In the photo it was obviously broken in transit, this seems a little much...

My order arrived in two deliveries and the stay fresh seals were not sealed and the bollies managed to escape the bags and entered the boxed packaging, not the best when your having to put the bollies back in the unsealed bag. £100 spent just hope the bollies are fresh when I go fishing in September

Goods are fine. But delivery is useless when Evri is used, takes weeks to get delivered, continuing lying about dates. If you get DPD it's fine. Good luck but won't bother to use again whilst they use Evri.

Exceeded delivery date and fishing rod extremely poorly packed. It was sent in two boxes 1mtr each taped together the package measured 1.8mtr in length ×:50cm square. Surly a rod tube would have surficed.

I find waiting 24 hours for a reply on an email each day is a long time to wait to find out about your order

Ridiculous delivery time, ordered 2-3 weeks ago and hasn’t left the depot yet, was told at checkout 2-4 business days delivery, EVRI have now informed me the parts were damaged
