Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

My order arrived in two deliveries and the stay fresh seals were not sealed and the bollies managed to escape the bags and entered the boxed packaging, not the best when your having to put the bollies back in the unsealed bag. £100 spent just hope the bollies are fresh when I go fishing in September

Ordered and paid on 21st August, blaming the courier Evri (untrue at best) who still don't have it, now 5th September, requested a refund, been told to wait( the clue is the rods and reels I ordered are now out of stock, I. e. they don't have them). Never again, AVOID AT ALL COST. FISHDEAL.CO.UK

Goods are fine. But delivery is useless when Evri is used, takes weeks to get delivered, continuing lying about dates. If you get DPD it's fine. Good luck but won't bother to use again whilst they use Evri.

Exceeded delivery date and fishing rod extremely poorly packed. It was sent in two boxes 1mtr each taped together the package measured 1.8mtr in length ×:50cm square. Surly a rod tube would have surficed.

Use a better Courier evri is the worst company for delivery in the UK I find waiting 24 hours for a reply on an email each day is a long time to wait to find out about your order

Ridiculous delivery time, ordered 2-3 weeks ago and hasn’t left the depot yet, was told at checkout 2-4 business days delivery, EVRI have now informed me the parts were damaged
