Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Items not in stock even though it was shown to be online. Waited over a month and kept being told the same. Very difficult to get hold of on the phone. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund... (Still havent got it!). Email I have been getting responses but I Have no reason to believe any of it is genuine.
In future, do not advertise something in stock when you clearly don't as is evident from several reviews previously. There are also quite clearly some fake reviews.

Packaging of Items for Delivery was Poor
The order turned up quite quickly and I could track it to my door. I ordered 2 rods 2 reels and some lures. The problem was the packing of the items. They were packed loose inside a thin cardboard box. The reels had come out of their boxes and were rattling around with the rods which had no protection either; there was no internal paper packing invite the box. All rods I’ve ordered before have come in a thick stiff cardboard tubes. The rods seemed to be ok but the reels had marks on them.

Damaged in transit.
I placed an order for groundbait but the package was damaged in transit by the carrier. I messaged Fishdeal and received a quick response from Stephanus with an explanation and asking if I wanted to have the materials re-delivered or a refund...once bitten I went for the refund which was with me in a couple of days.

Ordered and paid on 21st August, blaming the courier Evri (untrue at best) who still don't have it, now 5th September, requested a refund, been told to wait( the clue is the rods and reels I ordered are now out of stock, I. e. they don't have them).
Never again, AVOID AT ALL COST.

The rod I ordered was not in stock and the delivery time was not acceptable
I was offered a refund due to the delay which I accepted only to be told the next day that a refund was not possible as the rod had already been dispatched from the manufacturer. I don't like being messed around.

Unhappy with time and no compensation
I’ve ordered twice first time no issues second time my parcel was apparently lost then found and it has been 2 weeks and my parcel is yet to be with the company delivering it. I have not been offered money back on my shipping although it has been over the time they said would be “max”

I've had two bad delivery experiences with fish deal, to be fair first one was delivery company's fault, second one I was completely forgotten about, days later I emailed i was ignored but 10mins later it was ship. Quality gear just delivery is horrendous

The package was delivered to my local store and had a date of last collection I went to the store and the package had already been returned .
The fish deal website does allow me to communicate this and as to how I can get the package redelivered

Purchased 4 items....all of them sent in individual consignments.... all of them were weeks in delivery, lm still waiting on an expensive purchase, 3 weeks later....not much help from the customer services eather

The item came in a large box, when it could easily have been placed in an envelope. The postage cost was almost as much as the item purchased.
