I tried to cancel this order within 3 minutes of placing it, as I hadn't expected it to take the payment straight away without even checking my order, or where the payment came from, and the delivery address. this was not even responded to. and having checked I found that the items I ordered I could of got at half the cost, and in fact we did order these items and got them the following day from another supplier, be very carful ordering from this site.

Order MY67935 payment error on line

I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. Thanks for your feedback. Our payment system asks customers to fill in their card details manually. However, if you have chosen to use shop pay, an autofill service, this may have caused this issue. Pleased with goods but found the delivery information a little confusing. Email to say goods dispatched but according to the tracking information still remained uncollected. If goods remain in any warehouse awaiting collection then, I would suggest, they have not been dispatched and should not be described as such. Goods arrived - great

When dispatch emails are sent, it means the package is no longer with us and has been handed over to the courier. Not happy

Delivery was very prompt but my order was incomplete. I emailed 3x and nobody even bothered to reply. I ordered 4 and received 1 cerimide repair serum. Communication is important in a business. I disappointed, I know my order won't break the bank but you trust you will get what you paid for

sent tracking details too me i go on details no sign of them the firm is down the road from me yet it takes as long to deliver as if id ordered from china i order online as i have mobility issues and no one too do my shopping on the plus side good prices yet takes ages for delivery

Did not receive item as described. On one toothbrush got picture of Anna not shown on Description. Requested a free returns parcel. No response as yet. Need to return daughter does not like Anna so waste of money for me.
