Was shopping around for a while now for the new n spectacular Festool 8.0 Ah High Power 18V Batteries . Seems there is a shortage all around Europe these days, and the only place I could find em was the UK. I did a fairly thorough search and found the best prices here at Kelvin Power Tools, and they offered a discount for the twin battery bundle . Not only that but I got another discount for ordering around Christmas Time! They promised next working day shipping, and they fulfilled that with flying colors, delivering said batteries to a hotel with no hitches whatsoever! The whole shopping experience was flawless and very convenient, with the website being a joy to navigate…and of course I got multiple updates on the status of my order, when it got dispatched, and upon delivery. The product itself was of course in perfect condition and was very well n carefully packed when it came in. Can’t recommend this shop enough for anything Festool or any of many other brands of power tools!! Thanks so much to the amazing guys n gals from Kelvin Power Tools , a Merry Christmas and Outstanding New Year to all of you!!

The charger arrived loose and not in non-retail packaging, which was not disclosed beforehand. The delivery was slow, but this was communicated in advance. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. Edited: Your website does not explain that the charger is split from a tool kit! The delivery was particularly slow, taking about 2 weeks to arrive. You asked for my feedback so don't attack me!!!!!!!!

Hello. Thank you for your review. The charger didn't have any Bosch packaging as it was split from a tool kit. Doing this allows us to offer you a better price than if we were to buy the charger in individually from Bosch. We explain this on our website. Delivery was slow as you chose Royal Mail's 4-7 working day delivery at the checkout. You placed your order on Sunday 12th November when we were closed. On Royal Mail's system it shows that your order was delivered on Wednesday 22nd, so that was 8 working days for delivery. We're now in the busy period for couriers, so unfortunately some delays are happening.

I tried to drop off Panasonic tools that I had purchased from Kelvin Power Tools that were still under warranty. The guy told me to bring them back in 4 months because they were short staffed. Shit service happy to sell but not support

Hello. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately there has been a miscommunication between our workshop and sales counter staff regarding repairs. Our workshop is short staffed at the moment, so they can only accept warranty repairs and account customer repairs. I apologise that you were told that we couldn't help you. If you still need your tools repaired under warranty, then just bring them in and let our sales counter staff know that it's a warranty repair.

A piece of fabric with elastic and a slotted handle attached. A simply made product with an expensive price tag. No washing instructions tag attached to inside. Annoyed at myself for the purchase.

If you're not happy with your Honda generator cover and you'd like to return it, then just email sales@kelvinpowertools.com (the cover must be in a resalable condition with its original packaging). We've contacted Honda to check if the cover is machine washable. We'll let you know their reply. *Edit: Hello. Honda have just got back to us. The cover isn't machine washable. Hand wash only.

Hello. Thank you for your review. Our apologies again for this. Metabo have updated the blade for this part number, which we were unaware of, so you received the new blade. Shirley has just heard back from Metabo about this. They're going to send us another blade that is similar to the old blade, so we'll send this out to you as soon as we receive it. You can also keep the new blade that you received. Shirley has just sent you an email to let you know this.

Hello. Thank you for your review. I've spoken to our sales team and your return wasn't logged as faulty, which is why you weren't refunded for your return shipping cost. Our apologies for this. Shirley is going to give you a call to arrange your refund. On a side note, you said that you were using the battery with your lawnmower. The battery is part of Bosch's Professional range and the lawnmower is part of Bosch's DIY range, which is likely why the battery wasn't working properly. You said "I have contacted Bosch (0344 736 0109) who advised that all Bosch 36V batteries work with all Bosch power tools and garden appliances". While they may work with one another, they aren't designed for use with one another. Bosch have told us that Bosch Professional batteries should only be used with Bosch Professional machines and improper use will void the battery's warranty. It states this on our product page for the battery. However, we still accepted your return and refunded you, which most dealers wouldn't do.
