As part of the order there was a bottle of oil included in the price. I reported that this was NOT included when mower was delivered. I have since communicated several times via email to explain that the oil has still not been received. The response so far from the sales team is that it is always posted separately. Once again I have let them know nothing has been received. I also note I am not the only customer to raise this complaint. What I would like is for the oil to be received or a refund for the same.

Genuine article and the cheapest including postage on line by far, just shows how much mark up other sellers put on their items for sale. I have never understood why some sellers have such high mark ups, is it not better to have a good turnover with many items sold than waiting to sell one item at a high price? I have tried buying local to patronise shops where I live but some actually try to sell at a higher price than manufacturers recommend retail price, I wonder who buys from them?

Overall I scored it good, but gave one star less due to one item not being sent at the same time as the other two with all 3 items being on the same order. If something is on back order that's fair enough but there wasn't any communication to advise me which lead to me emailing them. Not a major issue but something I thought I'd messed up. Overall though, good pricing, genuine parts so would definitely give them my business in the future.

Very happy with our new garden pull along trolley, after having cheaper versions that just fall apart or bend in the wrong place, or won't really hold anything substantial, we are really pleased with our new addition. Arrived promptly, and easy to put together, already shifting wood chips and goat muck on the smallholding and the no flat tyres earning their keep. Would happily buy from them again.

Wrong cable supplied, asked if they could supply the correct one. No sorry was the answer we can not source one! If they had looked on their own ebay listing there is the exact cable. Just a bit lazy imo. Good comms, good delivery, Item supplied was great but wrong. Shame really but that is my true view of this seller. Thanks for your reply. I suggest that your supplier has not much idea.

Ordered online and £50 cheaper than B and Q. Arrived on time. Only query was that lawnmower came with can of engine oik which was listed as seperate item for delivery. When I only received the box with lawnmower I had to ring to say there was no oil delivered but the helpline confirmed it was in box with lawnmower. Very satisfied with price, delivery and customer service.

I’ve had to give only three stars because we had so much trouble with your delivery provider - DX. The mower was scheduled for delivery on a Thursday but did not arrive until the following Monday, and even then not at the time we were promised. We spent a number of days in the house, waiting for deliveries that never came. We had to phone DX to find out what was going on.

Prompt delivery - took me by surprise... no prior indication of delivery date or time. Unfortunate omission. Driver left mower near garage - fortunately my wife caught site of him walking down the drive; called him back and alerted me. A useful conversation was then had with your driver who talked me through using the electric mower. Very good product.

Ordered the Mountfield mower late in the afternoon and it was delivered 2 days later, very impressed with service and the mower was a very good price and decided upon by reading customer reviews. Would highly recommend this company if you need a new mower.

When you phone up, the queuing system is horrendous and the wait is really long. When I emailed them instead they never got back to me. The order for the accessories came quickly but the mower itself took a week or more.

Easy to order on line but obviously issues with their chosen delivery company. Poor communication from the delivery company and let down on 2 occasions. Not sure if Mower has had a pre delivery inspection as no sheet enclosed so unsure if the mower is OK to use. Tried calling(waste of time) and emailing(still waiting for a response.) Overall great price but poor after that.

Ordering was simple, choice of finance fits perfectly, delay in confirmation of order email which was concerning, next morning it was in my inbox, on the 4th day they dispatched overnight carrier, arrived next day 4 stars because I emailed about the confirmation of order but received and email response 4 days later 🤣 All in all stunning lawn mower 👍

Ordered as it was a nice price and fitted to my budget. Only thing is I felt like they could of informed us what was happening with the order, nothing bad just use to emails saying we have your order won't be long. I ended up phoning up to be sure, talked to a lovely person and received order the next day. Very happy and would use them again

I ordered my Hayter 48 Electric mower one Friday afternoon. It was delivered in excellent packaging the following Tuesday. In the meantime I was kept informed of my orders progress. I would buy again from mowers-online.co.uk and am pleased to say that Hayter have maintained their excellent build quality with this new mower.

Ordered online after reading the reviews. They confirmed my order straight away and kept me informed all the while, told me when it would be delivered. I ordered in the afternoon it arrived the next morning. Can't complain about that well packed very pleased with the whole experience would highly recommend them.

This was really the best price for a combined set of chainsaw gloves ,helmet and visor and trousers that offer class1 protection, though they didn't have the correct size of chainsaw boots in stock they very kindly and promptly refunded some of the cost of the package ,also a known brand of protective clothing .

Competitive pricing with a very helpful and efficient service. After realising I had made a mistake when placing my order, my error was rectified by the salesperson on my behalf and the mower was subsequently delivered swiftly. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and couldn't ask for more.

The order appeared to be lost. Their softwear failed to take the cash from my account and was found when I chased it as I had no info on delivery. Delivery was made in the manufacturers packaging which is probably not strong enough to withstand the courier's handling, but there was no damage to the contents

At first I was really up with the company as I had the wrong part sent to me and I couldn't get hold of anyone. But finally I did and they apologised to me and sent the correct part by next day delivery. You are only as good as you rectify a problem, in this case they succeeded so thankyou

The order was made and dispatched in a timely fashion, however, the ordered item was not suitable. On filling in the return portion of the online section I have heard nothing. I now have a part, in the same condition as I received it, and no idea if or how to return.
