I PHONED TIM (FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDABLE) JUST BEFORE CLOSING TIME & HE WAS VERY HAPPY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON THE AIRBRUSHES. I FOUND HIS INFORMATION VERY HELPFUL & HE DID NOT TRY TO PUSH ME INTO BUYING THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONES. THEN I REVIEWED THE PRODUCTS ONLINE AGAIN, THOUGHT ABOUT THEM & PURCHASED LATER THE EVOLUTION CR PLUS 2 IN 1 & H & S FPC VALVE FOR EASE OF USE WITH NO PROBLEMS. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER WITH GREAT PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT FROM THEM A HUGE PORTFOLIO CASE TO STORE MY THIN PORTABLE SOLAR PANELS TO PROTECT THEM IN TRANSPORT SO GOT DISCOUNT EMAILS VERY OCCAISONALLY THEREAFTER (NOT TOO MANY AS SOME DO). I JUST BOUGHT 3 SWANN MORTON HANDLES & 50 BLADES FOR MY CRAFTING PROJECTS =SEWING, LEATHERWORK, DECOUPAGE, ETC. I AM MAINLY A HOBBY MODEL MAKER SO NO NEED TO BUY A SPRAYBOOTH. I AM NOT REALLY THEIR TYPICAL CUSTOMER BUT THERES SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

I would give them 5* for products, but only 2* because of the postage policy. I paid £14 delivery for a ruler, because we live in the Highland area, BUT, on the mainland. We don’t live ‘over the water’ like Ireland, Channel Islands the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Islands. Standard postage is £4.99. I would buy more from Graphics Direct, but not while they have this postage policy.

Dear Gwyneth, Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you were not happy with the postage charges for your recent order. Unfortunately carriage is the bain of our lives, and most couriers class your postcode PH26 as Zone 2 which is classed as Highlands and DPD charge us £15.40 + Vat (£18.48 inc). As a small company of only 3 people we would like nothing more than to charge less but we cannot find any couriers that do it for less and simply don't have the margin available to do this. HI Sophia, I am so sorry you were not happy with our service. You placed your order at 8.45pm on the evening of Wednesday10th January. We dispatch this on the Thursday 11th January on a next day service. Unfortunately DPD had an issue in one of their Hubs due to the weather issues that week and couldn't deliver on Friday 11th and sent an email to you explaining this. They delivered your order on Monday 15th in the morning. We are only a small family business who prides oursleves on our customer service and in this situation were let down by our couriers DPD. I am sorry that this caused a major inconvenience but it was totally out of our control. I would be happy to refund the £2.00 extra paid for next day delivery. Regards Chris
