I PHONED TIM (FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDABLE) JUST BEFORE CLOSING TIME & HE WAS VERY HAPPY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON THE AIRBRUSHES. I FOUND HIS INFORMATION VERY HELPFUL & HE DID NOT TRY TO PUSH ME INTO BUYING THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONES. THEN I REVIEWED THE PRODUCTS ONLINE AGAIN, THOUGHT ABOUT THEM & PURCHASED LATER THE EVOLUTION CR PLUS 2 IN 1 & H & S FPC VALVE FOR EASE OF USE WITH NO PROBLEMS.
A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER WITH GREAT PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT FROM THEM A HUGE PORTFOLIO CASE TO STORE MY THIN PORTABLE SOLAR PANELS TO PROTECT THEM IN TRANSPORT SO GOT DISCOUNT EMAILS VERY OCCAISONALLY THEREAFTER (NOT TOO MANY AS SOME DO). I JUST BOUGHT 3 SWANN MORTON HANDLES & 50 BLADES FOR MY CRAFTING PROJECTS =SEWING, LEATHERWORK, DECOUPAGE, ETC. I AM MAINLY A HOBBY MODEL MAKER SO NO NEED TO BUY A SPRAYBOOTH. I AM NOT REALLY THEIR TYPICAL CUSTOMER BUT THERES SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

I would give them 5* for products, but only 2* because of the postage policy. I paid £14 delivery for a ruler, because we live in the Highland area, BUT, on the mainland. We don’t live ‘over the water’ like Ireland, Channel Islands the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Islands. Standard postage is £4.99. I would buy more from Graphics Direct, but not while they have this postage policy.

Excellent service
I ordered a few portfolios earlier this year & they arrived incredibly quickly. One of the portfolios had a mark on it so I sent a photograph of it to the Graphics Direct team and Chris responded almost immediately with a phone call and email. He got in touch with the brand, Mapac, on my behalf and arranged for a replacement to be sent free of charge. The replacement from Mapac arrived in time for when I needed it. Overall I was very impressed with the speed with which Graphics Direct sorted out the issue and their personal customer service. I'd recommend them to everyone :)

Not delivered yet
Was ordered on the 22nd December. Sent out on 28th Dec. due to Christmas holidays but did not arrive until January 6th (Royal Mail), Graphics Direct Customer Services did contact me twice in order to improve the situation. The item I ordered (Swan Morton retractable knife) is very good , and I am pleased with it.
Trusted Shops should not send request for review too soon.

Good old Traditional Customer Service behind an online purchase
I was looking for an A0 Art portfolio case but needed to get some answers to questions on specification . Both Paul and Chris at Graphics Direct were very knowledgeable on the case and added some personal advisories to their summaries too 👍 . They could not have been more helpful and I received the case next day with DPD on their express option service.

My package was left with a collection shop >4 miles from my home. I sent an email to Graphic Direct and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from one of the Directors to help sort things out. As we needed the products urgently he sent a new package with the good and retrieved the old package from the delivery company.

I ordered a product but was not sure if it was the correct choice so emailed the company. They telephoned and offered to look into the use and then called again to advise that the application would not be practical and offered to cancel and refund that part of the order. Excellent customer service.

Reliable & Fast
I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of Graphic Direct's service, as well as with their products. I also appreciate their use of DPD as the carrier. In my view the delivery aspect is an important part of the whole shopping experience, and I would definitely recommend Graphic Direct.

Could not have done better.
After a delivery company let them down twice, they could not have been more helpful, courteous and speedy with resolving the problems to my complete satisfaction.
I think that they are the most honest and open company I have ever dealt with and cannot recommend them too highly.

Good product stock and prices the only thing that lets them down is delivery cost. I ordered some minute air brush seals that would easily go in an envelope and post but they were sent courier which cost a fortune. Please review your despatch methods to reduce customer costs.

Many thanks for your comments. I totally understand your point.
Carriage and shipping is very difficult to set up in a way that suits every type of product that we sell. We are only a small company of 4 people and it is hard to manage this to keep everyone happy. The product variables are so different for the items that we sell such as size, weight, value that we have to simplify the rules to make this easier to manage in the back of the website. I know that your order would have probably gone in the post on a 1st class stamp but there is no tracking with this and we have so many items that get lost in the post unfortunately and we end up having to replace or refund and loose out all the time.
Sorry for the long explanation but thought it was required.

After ordering and paying on line, my set arrived within the specified time. since then my life has changed. The cicles I draw are the roundest smoothest I have ever drawn. I am not sure how I managed before with poor circles. Life is so much improved now, thank you.

Good service
Next day delivery promised and achieved. Item was well packed name of packer given which was good had there been an issue. Isomars Technoart pens did the job but not as good quality as Isograph. Reflected in the price I guess.
