12volt planet always the best
12volt planet have always provided 1st service for the last 3 years since iv used them. I started my van conversion and have always used them for everything from wire to Victron equipment. They are not only competitively priced but they give you the best service on the phone. If you call with a question they listen and advice. They don’t make you feel rushed one bit and therefore I always order from them as I want to support a business who gives great customer service. Thanks guys. I will use you in the future and will recommend.

It just works! You order your stuff online and a couple of days later it turns up. Each item is labelled and in a little bag. Cable is bound by electrical tape. The orderly presentation of each item demonstrates a business who are on top of their game. They hold a great range of products - they're my go to for electrical iitems. keep up the good work.

First Class Service
Products are always as described and service is excellent. Only weak link is Royal Mail who can't be trusted to deliver on time.
Other than Royal Mail, 12 volt plant is a first class destination for 12 volt related products and the video guides are very, very good, especially for those who need a little help understanding some of the products.

Rapid resolution of delivery issue not their fault
I called because small package hadn't arrived. I called and told with apology that looked as if lost somewhere in Royal Mail. I was told that they would send replacement by priority mailing and true to their word it arrived the next day. Fair enough.

Thank you for the positive review. The tap you purchased features a 10mm barbed hosetail fitting which fits the 10mm ID flexible hose that you also purchased. There are a few different sizes of hose used in campervan and motorhome installations, but 10mm ID is very common in smaller setups.
