Very poor despite advertising all over their site they dispatch next day order still sitting as processing after day three days not dispatched Contacted company through email - Andrew keeps sending generic emails saying it is processing which is absolutely no help to me no help whatsoever First time buying from the company and will NOT BUY AGAIN FROM THEM AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO PAY ABIT EXTRA AND GET ORDERS DELIVERED FROM BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE

New boots arrived with a manufacturing fault. Lace loop not stitched to the upper so it quickly detached on first use. I'm not allowed to return the boots without consent of the warranty claim department who are not responding to my emails and don't seem to want to help their customer within a useful timescale. I was hoping for a quick resolution given that this was an 'out of the box' issue, but that's clearly not going to happen. With an upcoming walking holiday I was advised on the helpline that the best thing to do was buy more boots, but to be aware I may have to keep the original order if replacement is authorised by warranty claims, and so end up with two pairs of boots. Alpinetrek, how is this fair to your customer?
