I bought 2 LED replacement tubes from this company, knowing nothing about them. The service was excellent, I was kept informed of the progress of my order through the whole process and received the goods the next day, even though I had opted for the cheaper 2-3 day delivery. I honestly can't believe that they are making much profit on the sale as the price is the lowest I could find anywhere and the delivery fee is very competitive. I wish them every success in the future and hope they can maintain their prices and service. I will certainly keep them in mind for any further electrical requirements. I can't think of anything you can do to improve your business or process at all.

I asked if the item depicted in the image I was purchasing was correct and I did not receive an answer, turned out that the item was not as per the image, the image was of the previous model of mcb, this is what I wanted and thought I purchased. Instead I was sent the newer version, this is not compatible with by consumer unit therefore is no use to me. Showing the wrong item that is being sold is false advertising and should be reported.

Hap hazard delivery, I had no idea when my order was going to arrive. All I got was an email with parcel number but Royal Mail tracking said they would update on day of delivery. From posting to receiving was 8 days which included a weekend.

I think you should change your delivery service provider!

The service was excellent and dispatched my item the same day, unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver for 10 days, therefore the company refunded my money.

Way too slow.

The order for 1 small pack of electrical screws took you 5 days to dispatch… how?? You need to get it sorted if youre hoing to get any repeat orders.
