For those like me who weren't clever enough to check first; be aware that if you're ordering from the UK, delivery may take some time because the mirror is shipped from Poland. I think it took about 2 weeks for me to get it. It's definitely worth the wait though. I love my mirror. It looks super modern. The light doesn't do much, which I expected. It's mostly for aesthetics anyway so I don't mind. The mirror was VERY well packaged and protected. I was impressed. No faults at all. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾

Mirrors look great from the front but very impractical to mount. No specific instructions are supplied for the round ones, which are the products I purchased, only the square and rectangular ones. The instructions are pretty generic for the whole range. The design of the back isn’t very good, leaving all the construction bare and the round, metal template that houses the strip of lights around it is quite sharp and sits flush on the surface of the wall, which marks paintwork as soon as you try to hang them. Very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend for someone wanting to install their own mirrors that does not have a lot of experience hanging pictures and mirrors. Front = looks great Back = poorly designed

Poor quality damaged mirror. But will not offer an exchange as the installer didn’t take of the end caps. Installer took of the bracket off the back of the mirror so he could mount the bracket in the wall when he took off the end cap realised the mirror is crack he then informed off the damage But we have been told the as we have removed the bracket off the back of the mirror that there is. I warranty Also led strip have been put on with poor quality and hang loses For a £500 mirror you might as well buy a cheape £150 mirror from china My advise stay clear from this company very poor service and well below par for a £500 mirror

The images are all AI generated and give no real indication of how much light the mirror gives off. They do not show any difference in the amount of front facing light the LED lights give off so I purchased the ambient light option based on these images because I wanted both front facing and ambient light. Upon arrival it was quickly clear that my face would not be illuminated by the built in lights, so the mirror is totally unusable and I have no way of getting a refund. I quickly contacted the team asking what options I had, but they totally dismissed my request for help. I feel the mirror was missold and the AI generated images on the website are very misleading.

Poor quality product and service

The product quality was quite poor and not worth the cost. The item was supplied with inappropriate fixings which meant it was unsafe when hanging. Tried to resolve with them but their customer service was appalling and did not resolve the issue. Would recommend avoiding

Mirror arrived broken, it was mounted anyway as the electricians were booked in. Wanted a replacement but was told it couldn’t be replaced free of charge as it had been mounted so I had to buy another one as it was part of pair.

Good morning, As we mentioned in our instructions and on the stickers on the back of the mirror, after hanging the mirror, a complaint related to damage will not be accepted, because it is impossible to verify whether the defect was caused when the mirror was mounted on the wall. Additionally, we make sure that this information is visible, because the hangers are secured with a sticker that informs about the need to check the entire condition of the mirror before removing it. It appears that despite clear instructions, you hung the mirror not on the hooks provided but on a plastic strip, which caused the mirror to fall.
