Good morning, As we mentioned in our instructions and on the stickers on the back of the mirror, after hanging the mirror, a complaint related to damage will not be accepted, because it is impossible to verify whether the defect was caused when the mirror was mounted on the wall. Additionally, we make sure that this information is visible, because the hangers are secured with a sticker that informs about the need to check the entire condition of the mirror before removing it.
