For those like me who weren't clever enough to check first; be aware that if you're ordering from the UK, delivery may take some time because the mirror is shipped from Poland. I think it took about 2 weeks for me to get it. It's definitely worth the wait though. I love my mirror. It looks super modern. The light doesn't do much, which I expected. It's mostly for aesthetics anyway so I don't mind. The mirror was VERY well packaged and protected. I was impressed. No faults at all. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾
Mirrors look great from the front but very impractical to mount. No specific instructions are supplied for the round ones, which are the products I purchased, only the square and rectangular ones. The instructions are pretty generic for the whole range.
The design of the back isn’t very good, leaving all the construction bare and the round, metal template that houses the strip of lights around it is quite sharp and sits flush on the surface of the wall, which marks paintwork as soon as you try to hang them. Very annoying.
I wouldn’t recommend for someone wanting to install their own mirrors that does not have a lot of experience hanging pictures and mirrors.

The bluetooth connection stopped…
I was impressed with such a good after-sale service. I had a problem with the bluetooth connection with the Artforma bathroom mirror speakers. They reached out and offered to help. The problem is now solved.
We are very pleased with our new 'smart' mirror!

Fantastic in every way! The mirror is amazing and the service and delivery great! Mirror arrived before expected date and the packaging was substantial (required for such a delicate item). The mirror on the wall looks amazing too!

Mirror arrived very well packed and as described.
The only thing I would change would be not to stick on the hanging brackets to the mirror as my mirror has to hang at an angle so I'd like to have positioned the brackets myself

Good, friendly telephone advice prior to ordering on line. Fast delivery in expert packaging. Excellent product - but would be even better if designed with adjustable mountings in case holes drilled in walls are 1mm out!

I love the look, and it would be perfect if it had a shaver plug in it. I would say that the instruction for installing the ap was a little confusing as well so that could be clearer.

The fixings were a nightmare they were to long for our wall so we had to buy smaller ones which were still difficult to attach to mirror!
