I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Delivery

I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Slow to despatch, eventually some of the goods arrived. Waiting for rest. Faster and cheaper to get some stuff directly form china. Somewhat misleading descriptions. Colors in Main title in capitals but read descriotion carefully as you might not get what is in picture. This one is on me.

Hi Yes we wait however long it takes for a customer to send ID for the crossbow order, they sometimes complain where is it although havent sent ID until days later but thats online reviews for you....:-)

The product I ordered seems to be good but unfortunately I was pressed for time at the address it was to be delivered to . So I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for 3 days. This ruined my plan of departure from the delivery address. This inturn wrecked my overall plans .

Ok time for facts... you ordered late evening NEW YEARS DAY....we sent the next day when couriers are working...even amazon doesnt ship out new years day! Please be honest in what you write.

SLOW

At the time I was asked to rate the service, my order had still not yet arrived, 6 days after the order was placed. I have had things delivered from China in less time. At this point in time, I have received nothing so I really cant give a rating above 1*!

Hi Your order was placed evening of 23rd, we dispatched on morning of 25th, you didnt pay for next day delivery and your complaining???

Advertised food with a 3 year date sent food with just 6 months sell by date. When I contacted them they said the packing has now changed and will last longer than the date anyway.

Hi As explained several times shopify terminated out store last week without reason or notice, i explained we are working flat out on finishing new store, and then i noticed after you opened a claim staright away that you DID NOT send ID for your crossbow order last week anyway so was happy to refund you.
