The jacket is great and very unique I’ve not seen anyone wearing one in England yet, that’s one reason I chose it plus the brand produces good quality clothing, its warm has very good wind resistance, I had to wear it once on a motorcycle without any issues at high speeds because I was late for an appointment, the jacket has lots of interesting feature's in the build quality you can’t appreciate them looking at photos, the Zip is very good quality, but I’d be happier if it was more chunky like the one on my Canada goose bomber jacket. I would of liked a faster delivery option I would of happily paid extra for that, I ordered the coat mid day Saturday, it was despatched Monday landed in England on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning.

Poor customer service & didn't receive items. My order was confirmed but never went through and I wasn't informed. Payment did not come out. I had purchased on Black Friday sale. I didn't receive confirmation email, so I emailed customer service and was assured that the order was confirmed and would take 4-7 business days to dispatch. When I emailed about it again, I was told the payment didn't work (despite it showing as confirmed on my booking confirmation screenshot)and I needed to put my order through online - but at the raised prices. When I asked about why I had to pay the full price considering I had a confirmation number for the sale price, I was given a 10% discount code which didn't cover the difference. The code ended up not working. I once again emailed with a screenshot, and was told they had no IT issues and that the code should work. It didn't work and didn't apply any 10% discount at checkout. But they did not address the fact that the code didn't cover the difference between sale and full prices. I left it at that.
Funnily enough, I got notifications from the Shop app about this order being created, and then I was sent an email to review my order - which I never even received. Carhartt had many chances to rectify the issue as I emailed them so many times, but failed to do so. Polite emails with absolutely no substance.

It seems I ordered the wrong jacket. I thought I was ordering the fleece lined version but actually ordered the unfleece lined version of this jacket.
The item was well packaged and returns process seemed easy enough. I chose to keep it because it looked a good jacket.
I've already used it out in the rain, loading up/unloading tools/ladders ect.
Works well.

Great products, processed very slickly & arrived quickly. My only comment is that the sizing seems slightly odd. The medium bib & trousers was far too small for me though I am nowhere near the size of the model in Carharrt's pics. Maybe it's me that's odd, on the other hand. Either way, Carharrt sorted it very quickly. Thank you.

Customer service was exceptional. I had cause to call them when trying to place and order, the phone was answered promptly by a human and the issue resolved. Following receiving my order I had to email them to request an invoice, and this was again answered very quickly. The quality of the service and the products is excellent!

Fantastic product!
Fantastic product, made to Carhartt’s typically excellent standards. The hoody is a thick sweatshirt material, so great for UK winters, and discovering a smaller pocket, around the size of an small wallet/ purse, inside the usual pocket on the front of a hoody, was a great surprise.

Sadly I got the size wrong on both occasions I ordered and have had to return the item and reorder.
The sizes are much bigger that what the are.

Order processed very fast . I had to return the jacket because it was too big I re ordered a smaller size. Waiting for my refund I phoned to find out it would be 21working days. I feel this is rather excessive as it didn't take you 21 days to take payment

Returns on faulty items is a bit tight
Most of the clothing items are superb quality, but when it comes to hats and belts I haven’t had such a great experience. Belts that can’t hold a pair of shorts up and hats that fall apart after a only a year(not my only hat so they don’t get much use)

I love my all my Carhartt dungarees. They really are well designed and well made from excellent materials. I only have one complaint the shoulder strap adjustment is not lockable and the current buckle slips all the time. That really needs a design fix.
