I have used Pro Shrimp for live shrimp in the past they were great, well packaged and healthy with good advice on care. Easy to order and reasonable prices. I decided to order plants from them as I have had bad experiences from the popular fast delivery app. These plants were lovely, well packed, green and full. I also know they will be shrimp safe which the aforementioned plants I got were not. Also the substrate is great, clean and good value. The plants have rooted well and no snails or such. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I bought some tropica soil, but received dennerle. The slip in the box said dennerle too … which is not what was ordered. So clearly they changed it as tropica was also then out of stock. I have not returned due to the hassle and others over on UKAPS forum saying it is likely the same thing overall. But that’s not the point. I wanted a particular product… hence paying money for it. To then just shrug shoulders, change the order and send it without any discussion is unprofessional. Sadly this is my second bad experience with this store. Even being a little cheaper won’t get my business next time now.
