Posted out last order super fast, always send good quality plants, reliable and quick. I always just come back to pro shrimp because of this. Best prices and little deals to save a bit on larger orders.
Only thing that could be better is more plants being in stock but I imagine that's just supply and demand. There's a few plants they dont seem to stock at all, like typical dutch aquascape plants like Nesea Golden, these would be great to get all from pro shrimp rather than scouring ebay, if they ever expand their range more :)
I bought some tropica soil, but received dennerle. The slip in the box said dennerle too … which is not what was ordered. So clearly they changed it as tropica was also then out of stock.
I have not returned due to the hassle and others over on UKAPS forum saying it is likely the same thing overall. But that’s not the point. I wanted a particular product… hence paying money for it. To then just shrug shoulders, change the order and send it without any discussion is unprofessional.
Sadly this is my second bad experience with this store. Even being a little cheaper won’t get my business next time now.

Keeping fish isn't the cheapest of hobbies and we all look for the best but cheapest products and 9/10 pro shrimp have been at the top of my list. Never had any problems with delivery time and products from pro shrimp, all products have been very well packaged including live plants, have used pro shrimp many times before and will continue using them,

Overall a very happy customer, prices are incredibly good, Parcels were well packed and had quick delivery. Everything I've received was in good condition, whoever picked out my items did a wonderful job. Only just started to shop at pro shrimp, as IAM finally going to. start my first aqua scraping so after ordering two lots of equipment, the item s arrived quickly and in excellent condition, prices were good and all was straight forward will be ordering again.

Excellent company in my experience, I have only bought aquatic plants for the aquarium from them.
The plants always arrive in excellent condition and very quick delivery.
Can not find no faults in my experience.

Would recommend for hardscape bits and epiphytic plants. I had some issue with the stem plants and moss balls I ordered but when I reached out to them, they sent replacements for them.
