I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.
I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly.
Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

Nice puzzle but overpriced
Puzzle is good quality and options for design OK. Font sizes on puzzle and on box too limited. Item expensive for what it is. Delivery was a nightmare: long lead and had to be signed for, although that wasn’t mentioned! Why? It’s a puzzle. Parcel left elsewhere after numerous confusing messages and place it was left had very erratic opening hours (not as advertised).

we are very sorry that the delivery via UPS did not go as expected. The reason why we insisted in the contract with UPS, that receipt must be signed for, is because we mainly despatch personalised products and do not want them to end up in the wrong hands.

It was not clear that the puzzle does not come in little boxes to complete each day as it appeared on the website, so it’s one giant puzzle with all the pieces in one bag! Not what I was expecting. But otherwise it looks nice.

Our Advent Calendar Puzzle is only available as a 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle. By changing the amount of pieces from 1000 to 500 pieces, you automatically changed from the SMART SORTED Puzzle Advent Calendar to an "ordinary" photo puzzle.
It hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered it for my Mothers birthday and that was well after the expected delivery. It should have been with me know but they are saying another month. At this rate I won’t get it before December.

Due to the huge popularity of the Puzzle Advent Calendar, the delivery time has been more than 4 weeks from the beginning and this was already shown when ordering. So the expected delivery date was 15.11.2024 all along, which you can verify in your order confirmation. We are sorry you probably mistook the date and hope your mother will be very happy with your Advent surprise later as well.

Could you possibly send us an alternative e-mail address? We have sent out the order confirmation 3 times now and still you seem to have received none of them. Your Puzzle Advent Calendar is still in production and is supposed to be delivered around the 19th of November, as was shown at the time of ordering.

We have sent the order confirmation one more time. When you placed the order, the indicated expected delivery date was 05.11.2024 - 06.11.2024, so its a bit early for being worried about not having received the Puzzle Advent Calendar yet.
We will of course send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our production. With the free e-mail providers Hotmail and Gmail, it is recommended to not only look in the inbox and spam box, but also check the offers/advertising folder!

It was our mistake however not to inform Trusted Shop in time that due to the enormously high number of orders, the delivery time of the Puzzle Advent Calendar is much longer than it is with our regular puzzles. With the free e-mail providers Hotmail and G-Mail, it often happens that our order confirmation does not end up in the inbox or spambox, but in the advertisements/offers folder. As the expected delivery date indicated during ordering was 06.11.2024 - 07.11.2024, it is not surprising that you have not received your order by now. May we ask you to do the review again after you have received your Puzzle Advent Calendar?
