I have used puzzle you before so didn't hesitate when I decided to use it again owing to the fact I was pleased with the service and the result of the jigsaws previously. If there was a problem this time it was because not being very technically minded and having a number of photos to arrange on my picture I couldn't turn the computer off to return to it later as I would lose what I had done, consequently i was on it on and off of it all day finishing at eight o'clock in the evening owing to the fact I couldn't return to it the next day If there is a way of turning the computer off without losing what I have done I would like to know please. I am 75 years of age and not of the younger generation and feel I could have done a better job of my creation if I could have returned to it the next day.

I have bought these puzzles every year for family and friends at Christmas. Even before the changed their name from myphotopuzzle. Whilst the quality has always been excellent, this year we had a slight issue with the cut of the pieces, it was as though once printed, the puzzle had been cut on an angle, so pieces in the top right corner were huge, and pieces in the bottom right corner were less than half thier normal size, and as such didn't fit together properly.
Although this might sound like I'm giving negative feedback, in truth I really just want to make PuxzleYou aware of the issue. I have in fact had nearly 10 years of great products from them and would rate them highly.

I liked the quality of the jigsaw. The picture was well represented and the box is smart.
I was disappointed when, within seconds of sending the picture I realised I sent the wrong one and you were even then unable to exchange it for the better one, and your response was not helpful. I realise that I should have sent the right picture in the first place, but as it was a gift for a recently widowed mother I needed to get it right and your intransigence meant that I had to buy a second jigsaw to make it better. A shame you are so difficult about this.Especially as I wrote within seconds of placing the order.

A brilliant service by the puzzleYou company. The puzzle was for my daughter’s birthday but ordered a little late (my fault). puzzleYou were able to deliver the puzzle two days before the event, a very speedy service. My daughter was very pleased with the family photos I had chosen and they were printed perfectly on the puzzle. You have a range of puzzle sizes, I chose 500 pieces so that my grandsons could also be involved in putting the puzzle together and they loved the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company if you want to personalise a photo or photos with a different twist.

I was really pleased with the way puzzleYOU handled my order. When I was placing my order, I accidentally didn’t put my house number. I contacted them after around 3 days and my package hadn’t arrived. They told me what I was missing and as soon as I got the email, I replied with the correct information and within 2 days, my parcel was at my door step. Also, they were really quick with contacting me. They wrote back to nearly all my emails the day I sent them.

Expensive Jigsaw
I only used Puzzle You for my jigsaw purchase, as it was the only site I could find that supplied the pieces in a cardboard box and not in a tin. And the only site I could find where I could add a title for my jigsaw.
I know that if I had opted for the tin box with no title, I could have bought the jigsaw far far cheaper.
I admit I didn't spend hours looking at other sites, and Puzzle You have send a jigsaw in good condition, well packed and fast delivery.

Great quality personalised puzzle
Love the puzzle and how easy it was to make.
My mother shed a tear when she got it for Christmas!
Would love the option to create an account so that I can save progress or versions of a puzzle I am trying to make. It is frustrating that I had to start again so many times between creating a version and making the decision that it was the right version.
Won't stop me using the service again, but would make it a far better experience.

I'd tried to do other personalised jigsaws with no joy then found puzzleyou. Which I found I could actually understand and I did it. I only had to wait nervously for it to be delivered had I done it wrong. I literally couldn't wait but to say I'm pleased with my jigsaw is understated now I can't wait till Christmas to give it my daughter in law. It's better than I thought it could be so thank you

An excellent service thank you. It was easy to upload the photos to the order form (I ordered 3 jigsaws) along with the rest of the usual address and payment details. All 3 jigsaws arrived 5 days later, in good substantial packaging and in excellent condition. I was also, kept informed of the delivery date and time. Extremely pleased with this company and service and would highly recommend.

Wonderful company who were incredibly helpful when the delivery went somewhere else. They ordered another one for me at no extra cost which is due today, and apologies for the issue even though it turned out to be a mean neighbour who choses not to let us know. Would definitely purchase from the company again (I picked it because it had 5 star reviews)

It was the perfect way to have a memory for the family, of our friends 50th wedding anniversary last September, especially as he has had a cancerous brain tumour operation since then, and the outlook is not good. As the pieces are large we hope he is able to put the puzzle together himself. We were able to add wording and design it how we liked.

Quality product.
It was very easy to order. PuzzleYou let you know if the photograph you are asking to convert into a jigsaw is of sufficient quality. We opted for a 500 piece jigsaw. The jigsaw has a quality finish with a nice box with your photo on the front. You can give your jigsaw a name, which appears on the box lid. The delivery time was also spot on.

My experience
Easy to select a photo and upload onto the PuzzleYou website and it let's you know if the resolution is of good enough quality to use. I would like to have been able to zoom or adjust my photo within the puzzle template though just to capture the best image possible. Delivery was reasonably quick. All good.

Great quality and fast service
Placed the order and puzzle was made and despatched the next day. Although it was coming from Germany it arrived within a week on the day they had promised.
The puzzle itself is of very good quality and so is the frame that I also ordered with it. Is a picture of my late dog and looks great on the wall.

This is a gift but…
This is a gift and it hasn’t been delivered as yet. I’m pleased with what I see on the box - good colours in reproduction, clean and clear. Box itself is firm and appropriate. Whole exercise straightforward, efficient and speedy, from placing the order to receiving the goods.

UPS lost my delivery - the team responded quickly, followed up with UPS and then dispatched a replacement without any fuss or delay. The best customer service I’ve had from an online retailer for a long time. I would suggest looking for a new distribution partner however….

Great looking puzzle
It was my first attempt at ordering a photo puzzle and found the whole process very easy. The puzzle looks really good, I haven't opened the box as it's a 70th birthday present so I cannot comment on the quality of the pieces. The puzzle was also delivered on time.
